My experience with Burger King Sector 35, Chandigarh was absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered 8 burgers through Zomato (Order No. [protected]) for guests at my home on Sep 02, 2026. To our shock, every burger was made with buns that were stale, dry, hard, and clearly not fresh. The food quality was so poor that none o[censored]s felt comfortable eating it.

As a result, the entire order had to be thrown away, causing embarrassment in front of my guests and forcing us to dine outside instead. The money spent on this order was completely wasted.

Serving stale food is a serious matter and raises concerns regarding compliance with food safety standards under the Food Safety and Standards Act (FSSAI), 2006. Customers trust established brands to maintain strict quality controls and serve fresh, hygienic food. This outlet failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality provided. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in Burger King. I request:

A full investigation into this incident.
An explanation of how such food passed quality checks.
Appropriate compensation or a complete refund for the order.
