Sir my journey date was on 23rd march 2019 and the bus cancelled on that day without any prior information. On that day i suffered a lot.
I shocked that osrtc persons are very casual... I have sent at least 10 emails citing the above problem. But no respond…sir this not the first case, number of time is happening like this... Our nearest state ap, see how they are very serious...

Kindly refund my money.

    On 3rd february 2019, at 10;45pm i booked a bus ticket from delhi to jalandhar via bus india. The price i. E. Rs.966 was deducted from credit card but i didn't recieve the ticket and neither it appeared on the screen.
    It showed : http error:400
    It suggests me to check failed transaction or cancellations but i haven't been assigned any pnr/ob number.
    Please resolve my matter.
    Refund my ticket or book me a one.

      Few minutes back i booked tictet from velankanni to thiruvanathapuram (650rs). Booking not done, but payment already debited in my account.

      Multiple time i spoke to sbi customer care guys, they said as"please contact bus india customer care"

        Hi,

        My BI Membership number is 00067624, i have Rs.830 in my bus india wallet.
        By using that amount i tried booking the ticket for more than 10 times, but while doing the payment, site used to logout automatically and it says error occurred while booking.

        Since i tried many times and failed, i booked the tickets through TNSTC website.
        I don't want to continue through this Bus India website.
        Please refund my money from the wallet to my bank account and confirm

          I booked ticket to travel in setc bus from chennai to trichy on 28th dec 2018 (Ac seater bus to karur) seat no 7w and the transaction reference no bi2401509. Amount debited soon. But pnr number not generated and subsequently ticket got cancelled in the busindia app. There is no way reach their customer care to inquire about this. Please do the needful to refund the amount 505.

              Dear sir,

              I have been to manali with my family. We were 12 members. We had booked a volvo to delhi from an online portal travelyaari.com. First, they have given our seats to somebody else at extra cost and take away the bus by preet travellers. Ten they adjust us in other bus (Bus number up13at2077). Driver had some drink before driving. We have faced a near accident situations in manali 3times. Got saved by a luck. I want govt to take a strict action against these drivers. Cancel their license. Even the bus ac has stopped functioning. Pls take qualified bus drivers and travel agencies at online websites for booking.

              Earlier, we have booked mercedes bus. Surprised to see at redbus they were showing 16 seats. We want to book 12 bt they allowed to book only 6seats and again it was showing only 1 seat. Then cancelled it and takes away 50% of our payment. What was my mistake?? I loss half of the money, comfort, everything. I felt life of my family in danger by travel through preet bus service booked online.

                  I book bus ticket but transition fail, but money reduce to bank but after 7 day ny refund not complete busindia customer helpline no. not working so i send mail busindia helpline but no replay . i book gsrtc bus ticket 1 time but my money reduced 2 time so my 1 time money refunded? after 10 days my refund not completed, i attached my transition history & my tickets so please help me. busindia helpline services is very poor.

                  today 13 days completed but my refund not completed. & no helpline no. no mail information, everything is poor services.
                  no replay any mail, helpline no. not working, very poor service, my refund not complete after 11 days.
                  Sir, I Sri Nimain Marandi, i had booked two tickets on dated 22.02.2018 in OSRTC through Bus India.com and my journey plan was from Sunabeda to Bhubaneswar payment is done but my tickets are not confirmed . So i Request you to please judge my matter and give me my payment return back.

                    With reference to the subject. I ashutosh mishra a customer of bus india services. I have booked a bus ticket from berhampur to sambalpur on dated 03/08/2017. As a guest user but my ticket was not reflected after i completed the payment process through paytm wallet. But talking with your customer representative got to know that the transaction is failed.
                    Neither i got the e-ticket nor the money is refunded.

                      I had just booked the ticket from busindia site for the journey of junagadh to diu bus timing is (28/05/2017, 7:40 a.m ) at 10:00 pm of 27/05/2017. Unfortunately e-copy of that ticket is not recieved by me while the payment is completed and the money is transfer from my debit card. So i want the e-copy of my booked tickets.
                      As fast as possible or the refund of my tickets.

                        Do not forgot to mention your BI number.
                        If you sent any mail previously you got mail reference number, please mention it too.

                          I tried to book osrtc bus ticket on busindia website from phulbani to koraput on 18:00 dt 13/03/2017. I booked the ticket on 12/03/2017. The amount 320 had been deducted from my account and my OB no is BI1887444 but ticket had not been conformed. I also complain same on customercare of busindia and also email on helpdesk of busindia. Again i booked a ticket on same bus and same date and again pay 320 .my ticket was conformed and my pnr - 3549162 but at busstand there is no bus .i checked on inquery counter and they say osrtc bus from phulbani to koraput is cancelled. I complain same on customercare of busindia but still there is no response from busindia. My complain no is ticket#481099 .plz help to refund my money .

                            I had booked a ticket on 24th of November for travel from Coimbatore to chennai SETC bus.Te transaction was completed within 3-4 minutes .At the same moment when I called they told that the ticket of the seat number 10 which I booked is not confirmed .I had tried to call them so many times but they didn't pick my call. At the same time they had told if the ticket is not confirmed or u cancelled the journey we will refund the amount they told, but still now they didn't refund my amount. This is not the good way of service, am disappointed and unhappy with their service.

                              I have book the bus ticket Patiala to Amritsar HVAC for 17.11.16 time 5.30 AM PNR NO. is P215081. But at the bus stand no bus from patiala to amritsar at 5.30 AM. I checked the inquiry counter & they say that bus at 5.30 AM closed.

                              You are requested kindly refund my ticket payment of 322/- without any deduction. & also pay me compensation . They have wrong post wrong information in your site. at Patiala Bus stand no HVAC bus from patiala to Amritsar at 5.30 AM. they have cheat the customers. I have suffer my journey.

                                  I tried to book a ticket in busindia.com from delhi to patiala travel on 5.30pm dt. 11.10.16 the ticket booked on 8.10.16 around 6 pm but the thing is transaction of amount 544 had been done, but the ticket had not been confirmed. I tried call the customer service, but no body is responding, either busy tone comes or nobody answer the phone. Pls do help to resolve the problem. The reference the payment ref no. Of bank is igaabcfdk4 hope my money ll be refunded or my ticket genrated by 9.10.16

                                      I pre booked bus tickets for 3 members to travel in SETC through the busindia.com website and paid the required sum to confirm the booking for 14th January. Since I had changes in travel plans a day before I had approached the call centre of busindia.com (toll free number) at 8:30pm requesting cancellation of the tickets. While the customer service executive could also confirm the eligible refund amount, he requested me to send a mail to the [protected]@busindia.com to enable the cancellation. I did so instantly mentioning that the call made and the request of the CS executive and also received an auto acknowledgement from the busindia.com team. However one another executive called me at 9:15pm and denied refund quoting that the request was received post the request window of 9:00pm. Though I have provided the necessary acknowledgement received prior to 9:00pm to support my stand, the busindia.com team is reluctant to refund the sum due to me. I have been making reminders to them and there has been no response in return. Request you to take up the matter.
