Dear sir, With reference to the subject. I ashutosh mishra a customer of bus india services. I have booked a bus ticket from berhampur to sambalpur on dated 03/08/2017. As a guest user but my ticket was not reflected after i completed the payment process through paytm wallet. But talking with your customer representative got to know that the transaction is failed. Neither i got the e-ticket nor the money is refunded.
