Busindia — Bus ticket not booked but money got deducted. | |||||
Date: 21/11/2015 Time: 7:46 pm I tried making following bus reservations TWICE. On both occasions the amount got deducted from my HDFC credit card, but the bus reservation was not made. The app crashed while fetching the PNR number post successful payment. Reservation Details: "Round trip in PRTC bus from Bangalore to Pondicherry. Onward Journey Date - 27/11 and return date 29/11." I wish to get the full amount refunded (Rs. 492 * 2) i.e Rs. 984/- at the earliest. The transactions were processed through PayUMoney. Please find attached the screenshots for the same.
