Busindia — Busindia Money debited but ticket not received

I booked a ticket form Pondicherry to Tirupathi as a guest user and Money was debited from the account and the ticket is issued or confirmed.

The amount of rupees 270 was successfully paid through a debit Card.

Please refund my money as soon as possible. I've attached the payment proof
