I pre booked bus tickets for 3 members to travel in SETC through the busindia.com website and paid the required sum to confirm the booking for 14th January. Since I had changes in travel plans a day before I had approached the call centre of busindia.com (toll free number) at 8:30pm requesting cancellation of the tickets. While the customer service executive could also confirm the eligible refund amount, he requested me to send a mail to the [protected]@busindia.com to enable the cancellation. I did so instantly mentioning that the call made and the request of the CS executive and also received an auto acknowledgement from the busindia.com team. However one another executive called me at 9:15pm and denied refund quoting that the request was received post the request window of 9:00pm. Though I have provided the necessary acknowledgement received prior to 9:00pm to support my stand, the busindia.com team is reluctant to refund the sum due to me. I have been making reminders to them and there has been no response in return. Request you to take up the matter.

      I tried to book a ticket in busindia.com from kavali to Hyderabad, on 16/1/2016 around 9.45pm but the thing is transaction of amount 1394 had been done, but the ticket had not been confirmed. I tried call the customer service, but no body is responding, either busy tone comes or nobody answer the phone. Pls do help to resolve the problem. The reference number is #[protected]. Hope my money ll be refunded.

          I had booked a ticket having pnr no O2782813 in Busindia website. But due to some urgent work i want to cancel ticket. In this regard I contact bus india and they are informing that the ticket could not be cancelled as it is from osrtc.But in website no where its written.Rather it is written that the tickets can be cancelled.

            Was trying more than 10times for ticked booking, but cant even move to payment option. Called BusIndia customer care, they didn't picked my call for more than 5times. Finally they picked and asked me to clear the cookies and try, if still not working, then they asked me try in TNSTC.in website (BusIndia taking care of this site). After clearing cookies, i tried but never worked. So i tried it TNSTC, finally i reached payment gateway and paid amount too. But, transaction passed and ticket not confirmed till now. Again called customer care, they asked me to wait for 15mins for confirmation, But nothing happened. I called once again after 3hours 5 times, they picked and said ticket not booked try once again and said same story, clear cookies and try or try it in TNSTC site. Worst service i ever seen.

              Was trying to book from Hyderabad to Bangalore from busindia.com site and this is the 2nd time that my payment gets successful but the booking doesn't and give error that there is some problem with the server.

              Also while the listing is shown after search, it always shows a wrong count of seats available.

              I would say it is the worst site i have ever experienced.

                Date: 21/11/2015 Time: 7:46 pm I tried making following bus reservations TWICE. On both occasions the amount got deducted from my HDFC credit card, but the bus reservation was not made. The app crashed while fetching the PNR number post successful payment. Reservation Details: "Round trip in PRTC bus from Bangalore to Pondicherry. Onward Journey Date - 27/11 and return date 29/11." I wish to get the full amount refunded (Rs. 492 * 2) i.e Rs. 984/- at the earliest. The transactions were processed through PayUMoney. Please find attached the screenshots for the same.                   I have added 397 Rs to the wallet on 29 th october that transaction was failed at the lost step they have debited money from my bank account. after that i have contacted bank for deatil thaey gave me an referance no as[protected]/payuibibopvtltd. but now also i didnt ge t my money back. they send a mail as money revertd but didnt get back. i mailed more than 50 times but they send always our support team will contact you.it tiik more than 20 days

But again i tried and payment gateway shown payment successful .. but I didn't got any conformation msg on number and even not conformation mail too . as i said to them that i have screen shot of payment i sent them bt now no one answering my calls

                      I was trying to book ticket from BusIndia few days back but after retry I succeeded to book one ticket. I have some amount balance in my bus India wallet (biwallet). I tried to call support number mentioned on their website[protected] /7) but either it appears busy or no one picking up phone. I sent email to them and they provided ticket # 638499 to me on 1st Nov 2015. It's 14th Nov and no action / response from their side. They haven't acknowledge that they are working on it or not.                         On 16 Oct, 2015 I tried to book ticket from delhi to Patiala by Bus India Mobile app but due to problem with their payment gateway, money was deducted from my account but ticket booking was not successful. I tried to book that ticket twice but both the time, money was deducted from my account (Rs. 513/- each) but booking was unsuccessful. I used BI Wallet option to pay for the ticket. So, total amount of Rs. 1026/- was deducted from my account. I mailed bus india regarding the same and got a reply that money will be refunded within 7 working days. Till date i have not received any refund in my BI Wallet or my Bank Account. I have tried to contact them multiple times but getting no response. Despite many emails sent to BusIndia, i am getting no reply from their side and no one ever picks their toll free number. As i was using Mobile app, so i dont have any reference number but Order Nos. for these BIWallet transactions are: ID0008430 ID0008431 Email id for login to busindia.com - [protected]@gmail.com Kindly help me to get my money back.

                          Just now(OB=BI1311687) I using busindia website to book ticket.what logic is there i don't know without confirmed my ticket how to debited cash from my account.continuously I got same problems(19/08/2015)yesterday night over i tried to booking ticket same error has been occurred.Taken amount(735rs) totally and also am waiting for 7 days to refund. Better to avoid(busindia) e-ticket booking most of times i faced many problems. customer helpline :Always blame payment gateway.my question then why using that gateway?

                            Hi, I have booked a ticket on 19/12/2014 at 9.14.09 please see the attached proof. But when i reported i found that my PNR number(T8092724) was not listed in the passengers list for the seat number 29. But for the same 29th seat an another passenger named Mohaidheen (PNR no T8096928) was listed in the passengers list. (proof attached in the same image). The conductor didn't allow me to travel with my ticket and i took a new ticket by again paying Rs.345 (proof attached in the same image). So the problem seems to be your website booking system, as it assigned wrong trip code to my ticket. The correct trip code is 1930PLNCHE. The wrong trip code is 1930CHEPLN.(my ticket) (proof attached in the same image). The total Loss due to this was my Eticket charge of Rs.378. (booked through busindia website proof attached in the same image) Please refund my ticket charges Rs.378 to my HDFC credit card (Card No. : [protected] ) or to my HDFC bank account (Savings Account No.: [protected], KOTTIVAKKAM-CHENNAI).                               I got my ticket in the name of tushant saigal booked for 3..8.2014 with following particulars trough net banking
                              Pnr no.: ts-rdi9646295aol operator pnr no.: 10791 golden temple yatra volvo bus departure time:
                              11:55 pm 2+2, volvo seater, ac, lcd
                              On sunday evening i received a call form [protected] that bus in under breakdown and new bus will be arranged for witch paritculars shall be sms to me on my mobile no [protected] i waited till 9.45 pm when i received masagge regarding driver phone no and bus no.. On inquiry the bus driver informed me that bus shall reach at around 1.00am on 4.8.2014 at ludhiana instead of 11.55 pm on 3.8.2014 and i had to pay rs 300 more for new bus arranged which was also confirmed by sai travel through sms sent to me . I refused to travel and immediately sent massage for refund for which no confirmation is received till now.
                              Pl tell me why should i bear additional fees of rs 300 aprart from undergoing all sort of tension for unnecessary delays.
                              It is requested that matter should be immediately taken up and my hard earned money be refunded

                              Sir, I have booked a ticket from bhubaneswar to jeypore in osrtc bus service on 08-march-2015, sevice class- non ac seater, PNR no[protected], trip code- SJY07R NON A/C, odishaonline receipt- TD OSRTC[protected] named of Mamatarani Patra and seat no-27, 28.
                              But due to under breakdown of the bus we could not make our journey. so i want to refund our money Rs-1048/- in to my account through which I have paid for the e-reservation of ticket as soon as possible.

                                Dear Friends, I booked my ticket for diwali holidays & cancelled my ticket on 24 -Oct -2013.My ticket cancellation Pnr No:T5581880 dated 24-Oct -2013.I still not get my refund till today.Almost 3months gone I dont get any response from their busIndia service end.Everyday & continously I lodged My complaint to consumerdesk @ busindia.com asking for my refund status.intially they asked my bank statement for the two months(from Oct -dec 2013).I provide my statement & after that they replied with Quote"your request is noted". I ask for the bank transaction details, they never respond to any of my calls or mails.they provide the customer care tollfree no[protected].I dont know why they provide customer care no, they never respond to your calls.try if you want Dear friends My request to you is dont book any tickets on busindia.com, a fradulent travel agent company i ever seen & dont loss your money like me.                                   I had booked 2 tickets on 2nd May and debitted Rs. 1544/- from my credit card. Both the tickets has been cancelled on 10th May and got a confirmation for only one, and only one ticket amount has refunded (Rs. 543/-) to my account. Raised a complaint on busindia.com customer support on 13th May. But still dint get any response from their end. They are not communication thru email of the booked tickets or complaints raised details etc. But pop up msg show the booked ticket or complaint will receive your email id.

                                  Please help me to get my refund of Rs. 634/-

                                    I, Darpan Thakkar, reside in Delhi and planned a vacation trip to Vaishno Devi. The Bus India provides bus services from Delhi to Katra and back in alliance with PUNBUS. I booked my return tickets with them. The passensers are supposed to board bus in Delhi from ISBT, Kashmiri Gate and in Katra from the Bus Station as mentioned in the ticket reservation.

                                    I boarded from Delhi on 13th Aug '11 at 1800 hours IST. The bus driver stopped the bus almost 2-3 Kms before Katra, making an excuse that there was a jam and asked all the passenders to de-board. He parked the bus on a sideway, where in it was a moving jam, and all the buses were moving slowly towards Katra. I was travelling with my parents and family and had a reservation of 6 seats. We had to walk all the way to Katra, and we had no clue of the distance until we reached there as we were travelling for the first time. Throughout the travel, although it was a Volvo A/C class booking, he just turned on the blowers and was turning the A/C on and off besides regular complaint of the passengers.

                                    While my return, I again had 6 tickets booked for the Volvo A/C calss for the 15th Aug '11 to be boarded at 13:15 hours IST from the same vendor online. The place of boarding mentioned was Bus Station, Katra. My whole family was waiting at the spot for bus, however the bus never arrived. The phone numbers to reach the vendor were never mentioned in the online ticket that I had.

                                    I somehow was running throughout the place and different bus parkings in Katra, along with my family to find the bus. When I was not able to find the bus, I called the Delhi ISBT, Kashmiri Gate for help. A gentleman at the helpline provided me phone numbers for the incharge at Pathankot Bus Station - Mr. Santokh ([protected]). Whn I called this individual, he was not sure of the status and promised me a call back. In few minutes when I called him that the bus was a Jammu Station and never turned up at Katra, as driver decided to turn back on his way to Katra when stopped by police on the occassion of 15th Aug.

                                    I requested him to arrange something for my family, which he denied. I requested him to make the bus wait at Jammu and I can commute there by a cab, which he again declined saying he cannot contact the bud driver, I even suggested him to call the Jammu bus station, however he just hang up on me.

                                    My entire family was stuck at the place in afternoon with no arrangements to return back to Delhi. I called him again and asked him 'why I was not informed earlier?' to which he said 'I don't know, the driver's phone do not have signals.'

                                    This was a tough situation which we were facing as there were no more buses plying back to Delhi, no Rail reservations were available and no flights were flying. I finally had to book a cab all the way to Delhi and spend an extra INR 13000 for it, including the discomfort of a long journey and bad weather.

                                    The entire money spent on tickets was wasted for me. And me and my brother had to take a day off from work after reaching Delhi, as we reached late than the planned time.

                                    Actually I booked one ticket for pondicherry to chennai, but unfortunately trip has been cancelled so im unable to board the bus on time, after that im tried for cancel the ticket but there is one twist. while booking ticket as guest user there is no mobile number option but for cancellation thay are asking mobile no as mandatory, how it is possible? so im unable to cancel the ticket and refund.

                                      I have booked 2 tickets from Berhampur to MuniGuda in Berhampur-
                                      Bhawanipatna service at 7.30 Pm for 29/04/2011.The route service code
                                      is BAM09 and Route No is 625UD. The seat numbers selected are 13 & 14
                                      and the seats are not blocked . The amount for the tickets Rs. 320/-
                                      is debited from my ICICI account[protected]screenshot attached).
                                      My userid for the busindia.com is srinivashosrtc and the bank
                                      transaction reference number is VIN/ORISSA STAT [protected]/0 and
                                      the ticket is booked at around 12 noon of 28/04/2011. As the ticket is
                                      not booked , I requested them to please refund the proceedings to my bank
                                      account at the earliest.

                                      But all the email addresses provided such as [protected]@busindia.com, [protected]@busindia.com & [protected]@busindia.com in their website www.busindia.com are false and the mails sent to them are not getting delivered.

                                      I request you to please look into the matter and help me in getting my money Rs. 320/- which was debited from my account.
