Busindia — Slow response from customer care | |||||
I was trying to book ticket from BusIndia few days back but after retry I succeeded to book one ticket. I have some amount balance in my bus India wallet (biwallet). I tried to call support number mentioned on their website[protected] /7) but either it appears busy or no one picking up phone. I sent email to them and they provided ticket # 638499 to me on 1st Nov 2015. It's 14th Nov and no action / response from their side. They haven't acknowledge that they are working on it or not.
