Sir,

This is to bring your noice that i paid all my dues as on[protected] for the scoter yamaha fascino that i bought earlier in the year 08/5/2017, but the concern is being Bussan Auto Finance representative is contacting and warning to pay Rs 17984/- for penalty charges which was not ever communicated previously when closing the loan.
I bought the scooter with a down payment of RS 10, 000/- and remaining amount was to be debited in EMIs on 8th date of every month by ECS from account as per agreement, where it was informed by the showroom & BAF representative.
I witnessed a delay in debit of amount from my bank account where further, I clarified with my bank that the ECS was working fine, concurrently i followed with the showroom on this issue where they advised me to visit Bussan Auto Finance, Haripad, Alappuzha on discussion with the manager regarding the issue in ECS hence the manager informed BAF representative will collect the EMI amount directly from our home. BAF collection executive used to collect the amount from home at random dates that may fall after 8th of respective months even though when I reminded regarding the date to them it was informed that it is alright as they are directly collecting the amount.
Delay is from the collection representative of Bussan auto finance hence the bouncing charges accounted towards me shall be reverted as early as possible and vehicle shall be transferred to my name after closure of hypothecation without any delay.
I have been getting several calls who allegedly claims to be BAF legal advisor and pressurizing anf threatening to pay bouncing charges immediately which I am unaware of till this date and unable to afford. I am facing a lot of financial and mental crisis and find it very frightening to deal with such a big amount whereas I never defaulted any payment being a bonfide customer and paid my dues every month through the BAF executive.
Please consider this situation with urgent importance and exempt the foresaid bouncing charges which is being alleged on my name.

I would like to inform you that I had a vehicle loan from your bank and the same has been paid fully 3 years prior from this year.
