Few days before I call the customer care number ( [protected] ) someone told you can pay the reprint charge 300 /- I'm also pay that amount via your axis bank account (please find the attachment) then he told call me back...

I'm consumer number is TW007INR00868205. MY VEHICLE got seized due to non payment of loan and vehicle got seized. I want to know what's the dead line before the auction so that I can repay my pending loan and take my bike .
I went to the office but office is not there. Now I'm clueless on how to release my bike. I'm ready clear the payment.

I had purchased a Yamaha szr bike from perfect riders lalbagh branch Bangalore during 2011 for which I had a loan for 2 yrs..the full payment of the loan is paid fully .

I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in receiving the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for my loan account TW523INR00866654. As per the terms and conditions of the loan agreement, I have completed all the payments on 08-Nov-2021 and fulfilled all the necessary requirements for the loan closure.
