I have already taken 2 nos two wheeler financed by baf. Few days ago i received a call from baf as that a loan of 70000 is in approval state and whether i am interested. Initially i declined but after 10 days i inquired and got to know that in my name 43, 000/- can be approved cause one of my two-wheeler loan was ongoing. They strictly mentioned that the loan has been approved on basis of the first financed loan. Later they asked me to submit all documents like aadhar, pan, resident proof, salary slip, bank statement, etc. Baf also send people for both residence and office verification. After all verification was done they informed that the resident agreement cannot be taken as address proof due to some rbi rules. Again they called and said that agreement can be used if it is done by notary. I also submitted the same but now they are asking me pay one emi of my existing vehicle loan in advance.
Baf have harassed me by not giving the correct information and every time specifying that my documents are not correct. I am a private job holder and due to the baf staff negligence and wrong information my professional work was hampered.
I just want to inform that if a full detail of requirement for applying a loan from the beginning is specified rather than going for a phase wise dissemination of information which develops a harassment feeling within the customer.

This is kathiresan andy and my loan no is tw007inr00657809. I have paying my due before 5th of every month to the collection agency. But they did not update properly and considered it as a cheque bounce which is not agreeable. I have cleared my dues. Please issue me the noc at the earliest.

It has been more than two weeks and they are not providing me any noc for the bike.

After several rounds at their office, they are not providing us any direction where to go whom to speak even they don't have any kind of respect for the customer, bcz of them, i have already been in mental pain.

I have repaid all loan hence requesting the company to give me my noc asap.

Else kindly take action against this company.

My emi date is on 8 of every month.. I had no dews till date but in month of december the amnt had been debited for emi and again credited back to account and i left that amnt as same in acc thn to thy had not debited the amnt and now the bussan finance team is calling and thy are telling me to clear that amnt and i agreed with them but those guys are harassing very badly in very bad words... Had an very bad experience with bussan auti finance... The agent and as well as manger harresed me very badly and the num i got call from is[protected]

Its to inform you that we do have a really bad feedback for your collection agent based on thrissur location (Kerala). We have no due towards the loan and we have been seeking the info of the loan amount for more than 1 month he often do not pick up the call and even he wont respond to us, am not sure weather the payments are reaching the office as well. We have been paying the due amount correctly and we have received the call from your head office stating they have not received the payment.

Am not sure what sort of training you have been providing to your collection agents. When i inform him that i am going to complain this he was shouting at me and stating that you go and complain, he is least bothered. I would reach out to consumer court to file a suit if i have no reply along with the call recordings that i have.

Hi, i'm from goa and the local showroom in my city provided me with loan from baf, where i have paid my entire installments on timely basis for 2years and now that my last installment is already given in february 2019, it's been 8months i have not received my noc, no person is responding to any complaints or issues, no one is bothered to respond back also there is no office available in goa where i can enquire, it's been 9monghs m struggling for my noc and there is no response, kindly resolve this asap

Sir with due respect i would like to share my problem.. Sir i had financed my scooty yamaha fascino policy no.- tw1071nr00584120 from yamaha showroom through bhusan auto finance.. My policy has completed susccesfully in april 2019 and therefore i went there and asked for the noc, the employee of bhusan auto finance replied me sir i had sent request and they will sent noc in 1 month.. The same continued and lastly i went again there and ask for the head office phone no. I tried their phone it was kolkata office and they said that they will sent it in a week on 29th nov 2019 and since they are not receiving my phone i have no option rather than doing this.. I have never expected the company like this will give such a manipulative service to their customer... It was my worst experience with bhusan auto finance.. I hope u will look into this matter and help me with my problems.

I purchased my bike with emi on baf, i paid all emi properly on the end on last 2 emi period.. My bank account was hacked and made fraud transaction and debited my account, so im not maintaining any amount bcs of hack, my emi got declined and i conveyed to baf that my acc hacked and i said i will pay remaining amount in a single payment, the person from (Chennai nungambakkam branch) said this is last due and he came and collected the cash, i din get any user manual particular about emi and the baf website doesn't provide any emi info, again next month my emi got declined, i shocked and asked baf, they don't take complaint about wrong. Emi info from them, they just asked to pay penalty with emi. Such a worst worst customer service. Bad experience

Hlo its me niek from sikkim ive purchased the yamaha r15 v3 from gangtok yamaha showroom the bike price is 1lakh 80k so i just give 81500 as downpayment and remaining amount was given by baf, first when financer calculated the emi the emi he show me 4432 and after a week msg came to my phone from your company the montlhy emi is 4457 i was wondering how they can do this type of cheap habit for money and secondly your finance gave 1lakh to showroom when i give downpayment 81500 so in msg this type lso the loan amount of 1lakh 13k was approved the msg camefrom baf so do your company making us fool or what so ive decided to not give emi so take the bike i dont want this type of ppl and company its better to do from hdfc only my middle finger for yours company

I am (S. Sysavalli) one of the customer in you baf auto finance actually i didn't pay the september due.. Due to some reasons after that your costumer service members called me and they talking too much and they use dirty bad words to me... But i pay that due with your penalty...

Sub : unprofessional behaviour for bike loan payment

On wednesday 2nd of october the manager made four continuous calls to my wife's mobile.. She was at work so cudnt pick the call.. Now what he has to do? He's supposed to send a formal message that the bike payment is on due for this date or should he call from four different unknown numbers and put her in trouble during work time? Yes, these so called collection agents who behaved like cheap harassers did the second.. Is this the right way to deal with a customer?
We are very much disturbed due to their unethical behaviour now lodging a complaint on these numbers who are responsible for this issue.. Given below are those numbers,

I bought yamaha fzs-fi through bussan autofinance pvt ltd. My loan account number is tw909inr00721102. Want to know my loan account details. I think my vehicle loan was cleared. When and how can i get clearance certificate, so that i can remove my hypothetication in local rto office. Please let me know how to get the clearance certificate. Please reslove this as earliest...

I bought the bike yamaha fz 25 abs 2019 model which was priced at rs. 1, 64, 968 (On road price).. They told me no more price will be charged.
There was a person at the store who was working for baf who showed me some financial price of the bike
I payed 80, 088 as a down payment so the remaining the remaining amount should be 84, 880.
After 3 days i got the message that the remaining amount is 94000.
"i was quite surprise to see that a finance company can't even do a proper addition and how can even they open such a big company."
They have showed that for 3 years i will be charged 3704 with interest of 13.75%. (Ok i agreed that)
"but-
Amount of bike - rs 1, 64, 968
Down payment - 80, 088
Remaining amount - 1, 64, 968 - 80, 088 = 84, 880
But according to baf remaining amount will be - 94000 (How?)

"baf are scamming people not helping them".

I better suggest whoever are going through this post never do a finance from this company.
None of the workers have a good response, they just tell us to call some other people for more discussion..

I just wanted them to refund my money (I. E -10, 880) back without any fail.

I believe writing this complaint would help me.

Feeling like to commit suicide because of harrassment.

My name is roshan rajak i am staying in bangalore. I have purchased the yahama fz number-9589 on december 2017. Every month i am paying emi on time last 4 month i was not able to pay the emi because of lots of financial problems because of job losses, after a long time.

I got a job with a nice package there will not be any issue from next month. On 31st i will pay 3 months emi rest i will clear from next month salary.

Daily they are coming to my flat my wife stayed there alone when i will be in the office, who will be responsible if something will happen?

If something will happen to me your company will be responsible.

Your legal team executive's treated me like i am a criminal, they went to my office and meat my manager, why they did that? They harassed me like hell. They are giving me warnings for the police. Who will be responsible if i will lose the job?

I not getting help from anyone. I hope you will help me with this, i will make the payment on 31st aug as i will get the salary.
