unnecessary amount deduction from my bank account

I have cleared early all my emi's before the tenure got completed, on dated 14.09.2017 at yamaha goodwill agency to your bussan auto finance agent mr. Satyanarayana kuncha. I also applied for the noc letter on the same day i cleared the emi's (14.09.2017). You finance people submitted my cheque no:[protected] though i've paid my full settlement. And for this 590inr was deducted from my account for dishonour charges. I need my money back otherwise...

When i enquired in ahmadabad office, they are asking me to pay some amount for which they don't have any proper explanation

loan recovering even after the clearing

Iam registering this complaint with at most disappointment with your organisation cuz even after clearing the loan amount your organistaion has been deducting the the loan dues from past 2 months in my account every time we call the only response we get is it is been sorting out hence forth the threshold limit is crossed and i have decided to take this step hoping for an early settlement of this mater...

executive not behave properly

I thought they must need proper training behave to the customers. Some of your executive (Mr. Sunil kumar, naga agencies, vavileti padu village, gundlapalem post, nellore rural) has told me that "i will take back your bike without any intimation. emi deducted after foreclosure of loan

We have already foreclose my bike loan on dt.24 jun.17 of final amount is. Rs.21930/- vide receipt no. Twbd 4342411 then after my july emi has been deducted to my account of rs.3089. I have checked with local agency i. E. Ssm pvt. Ltd. But not received any proper response. Requested to your please credit my account with deduct amount i. E. Rs.3089/- bank statement & paymnet receipt has been attached.

I had taken two wheeler loan from bussan auto finance and paid all my emi, their was some late charge amount of rs.4000/-, bussan executive contacted me in march and he convey me that, i had to pay only 2100/- for full settlement and i had payed that amount till date i have not received any no dues certificate, now they are again asking for balance payment....
