On 16 th night when i was purchasing they came and they forcely throwed me out of the bike and locked the vehicle
The second person in the photo regularly taking the emi without giving the recipt
They never send the acknoledgement
1 emi i have to pay and it was late.
They never sent the papers as i have the clearing problem. Never rectified the check clearing problem
They told themselves are the onwners of the vehile.
Tell any body in the world we dont care they are telling
Pls ask them to hand over the vehicle
When i conatcted busan custumer care they dont have roudies
Even they did no answerd the persons in the photo

I have submitted and cleared all balanced against my yamaha genius loan amount since 2016. But we did not get noc against the same till date.
Kindly consider our urgent need to despatched noc again if not done please.

My personal loan emi is every month 11th, almost i completed my loan only two month emi left, this month emi was bounced on 11th, am ready to pay online or cheaque with bouncing charges but they are not accepting, they asking cash only, i said i can pay only by card or online, so please rectify my problem as soon as possible

I bought a bike with baf finance. For that finance i have paid emi at the time of bike booking. Because first emi is pre emi. That is why i have paid. For second emi i kept emi amount in my account but it was not deducted. That is why i have sent mail to them regarding this. Still i didn't get any proper solution for the same. They sent a reply that i need to go their office again and i need to submit the form again. I don't know what is...

I had a 2 wheeler loan (Tw007inr[protected] with your organisation. I called in last week to get the noc dispatched, the lady on the phone helped me update my current address on your system and informed that the noc would reach my new address in about 18 to 20 days.

However, today i received a call from a (Not so) gentleman from you branch, asking me to pick up the noc in person from your branch, as he stated it cannot be dispatched to any address than the one that was initially updated while availing the loan. I told him to send it to the old address as i do not have the time to come to your branch during your working hours. The person used a kannada slang and hung up. The entire conversation earlier was however in english.

Is this the kind of behaviour i have to do through from you guys, for choosing you?

I know no action would be taken by you about it. This mail just to tell you how unhappy i am about this and would never ever do the mistake of having any business with you. I don't want to pay you to abuse me.

One of the collection executive named shibu from rajashylam agency in trivandrum is not talking in a proper manner. I have two dues pending. But the way he asking money and the way he is behaving is not good. Actually he is spoiling the bussan name. He came to my house yesterday. But i was not available at that time. He asked my mother in law about. He is not suppised to do that if the rc owner was not available
. He insulted them and went. Kindly take action against him thankyou

I purchased a new vehicle ray z in 2014. Loan provided by baf and that about to an end but, the noc not given to me. I can't find any of the branch in my city. Now what i do for the noc. I give a solution.

Meri emi per month date - 2 ko jma hoti h, but my first emi mere account se date 2/01/2016 ko jma nhi ki gyi and mujhse date 07/01/2016 ko by cash showroom pr jma krayi gyi.
But date 12/01/2016 ko chq no-5 mere account me lga diya gya.

Wrong date pr chq lgane pr bounce hone ki sthiti me penalty hamse kyu liya ja rha h?

I took bike loan in busan and for some issue am having 2 months due, because my salary issue and now i am getting threatening calls from your collection people's today and using worst abuse words,. And telling me to whatever you are doing i don’t care i need a money right now otherwise i came to your house ane it is really torchuring. I pay 34 installment. Yesterday i call in your office for loan statement and i collect it yesterday because of i want to finish this loan. And they are not listen anything just telling i am coming to your home i want money.. What is this... Please do the needful otherwise i complaint on rbi and consumer court.

I cant listen those words and am very scared now about that people's. Please do the needful

Pls help me on this, if you really do threatening means please do the official actions instead talking like this.

Bloody u guys are wasting our time, we are searching u are office since morning 10am, to pay emi of our bike loan, can't able to find u r new office, near museum road bangalore, even v tried to contact which u guys provided contact nos in google but it's still not connecting u people, u guys were simply wasting our time,

Worst service by you people.. My loan cleared in 2016.. Two penalties are there.. No one is there to respond.. Whom i have to pay.. No one calls me regarding this issue.. I have owned a scooter yamaha cygnus alpha from george maijo industries (P) ltd (Sree murugalayam, bharanicavu) show room on. 6/7/2015. The hypothecation is with effect from 6/8/2015 with bfi, kochi. My emi has been completed. Hence, you are requested to issue noc to change the hypothecation.

When i walked to yamaha bike showroom for quering about bike and i wanted to know about financing details. When i went to the finacer named mr. Sandeep for some queries about finance then he ignored me so i again asked him about financing details then he asked irrelevant questions like do you have girlfriends. When i was trying to stop him then he starts abussing me.

I bhavesh budhdeo had cleared all my emi starting from[protected] till
[protected] but still i did not received clearance certificate and still my cibil is showing outstanding of loan amount... The amount is not known what is the amount and it was reported to cibil on[protected], kindly solve out my issues on urgent basis.

Sir, i have already paid all the installment towards loan but no noc has been issued till today although my last month of installment was may 2017. Your executive in cuttack, odisha demanding rs.500 more to get noc quickly and told me to wait 1year more to get noc..in d mean time i have visited 5 times to baf office but no result and even ur executive refused to give back d unused cheque which i had given at the time of availing loan...

I have cleared early all my emi's before the tenure got completed, on dated 14.09.2017 at yamaha goodwill agency to your bussan auto finance agent mr. Satyanarayana kuncha. I also applied for the noc letter on the same day i cleared the emi's (14.09.2017). You finance people submitted my cheque no:[protected] though i've paid my full settlement. And for this 590inr was deducted from my account for dishonour charges. I need my money back otherwise i'll file this complaint against your firm.
So, kindly understand the same and clear my issue asap...

I have paid all the instalments of my two wheeler loan since more than six months but still i did not received my noc letter from company side.
When i enquired in ahmadabad office, they are asking me to pay some amount for which they don't have any proper explanation

I have requested them for my loan noc all the times they are telling this officer and that officer is not available and so so so...???

I want my loan noc as soon as possible as i have paid my all outstanding emi's since more than months
