My name is mohammed saif from hyderabad i purchased a fazer bike in the year 2014 it was having 3 years loan after complted the total emi they added me 2356 rupees charges i ignore to paid that from 2 months they are not giving proper response whenever i am calling they are not responding to me they dont know the information of my account and they are giving me a fake commitments, from 15 days i am calling them they are not able to give me a correct information... I am requesting the bussan auto finance director to please take a immediate action on them. I am trying to reach mr. Jacob since from 2 months he is giving me a fake commitment and he agreed that he will give mw the noc in[protected] but he is refusing from it... Is this the way to irritate the customer... My request is to director of bussan plz take a immediate action on mr. Jacob...

I have bought new bike of yamaha sz-rr in monthly finance from bafindia i have already paid all my emi which was start on[protected] to[protected] but still i have not rcvd my noc yet. So request baf india pvt ltd to provide my noc in my home address. My account no is tw0041nr00523776.

I have also call to this no[protected] mr. Satish who is working in bafindia pvt ltd he said it will send to your home address.

I have take bike loan from bhushan but am not able to make the payment through ecs and i want priclose the loan from the past 2 months i was trying to contact the bhushan they are not giving proper priclosing option now suddenly one person came and ask the bike, i told him i will pay the money right now give me the priclosing later or else take the pending emi amount, but he is not ready to take the emi amount, after that he asked me give me 7000/- rupees for me i ll leave ur bike, if i ceasing ur bike company will pay 7000 for me so u give me the amount like that he asked, last 3 emi s only i have i paid some 20 instalment without giving a option how u ppl will take the vehicale and he didn't gave ceasing acknowledgement also, from morning to till now am calling to customer care number in there also no response very poor service from bhushan auto finance, before doing something they will ask extra commission

I'm from nellore, andhra pradesh. I have missed my emi for this month. Your third party collection agents have behave brutally with me. They are tortured me for this month emi. I thought they must need proper training behave to the customers. Some of your executive (Mr. Sunil kumar, naga agencies, vavileti padu village, gundlapalem post, nellore rural) has told me that "i will take back your bike without any intimation. Just supposed do yourself.". I was fully hurted that's why i'll go for national consumer forum and banking codes & standards beauro of india. I'll complaint against you. If you're not taken any action on them... Next minute i'll go for rbi to complaint on baf. First they need training how they behave to the customers. First cancel their agency & allot to trained people. Now i'll complaint bc&sbi and national consumer forum along with your complaint.

Dear bussan auto finance... Kindly close your company.. I think you people have more debts than vijay mallya.. No matter how many times i called you to your toll free number.. No body is there to take it.. If i came to your office in (Begumpet, hyderabad) no body give a damn response to a valid customer..

We have already foreclose my bike loan on dt.24 jun.17 of final amount is. Rs.21930/- vide receipt no. Twbd 4342411 then after my july emi has been deducted to my account of rs.3089. I have checked with local agency i. E. Ssm pvt. Ltd. But not received any proper response. Requested to your please credit my account with deduct amount i. E. Rs.3089/- bank statement & paymnet receipt has been attached.

I have recieved a mail containing that your emi chqno e698956/14-2 dt 08-jul-2017for rs 3050 is returned by your bank. Pls make the pmt asap. Pls ignore if paid. But i had talked to my bank and they told me that there is no cheque diposited for clearance from bussan. My a/c: tw005inr00479651. Pls do the needful as i amnot going to pay any extra charge.

Sir, I have taken finance on my Scooty Vehicle from Baleswar but after 3-4 months. I have shifted to Cuttack City and unable to maintain the Bank. So I have requested to Mr. Adyata Babu, please shift my account to Cuttack and he guided to me "you give our executives month by month" but last two months I have a crisis. So I failed to pay One Month EMI. I have got a message of Rs.7000/- of OS. On verified every month charged a CDC charges. On My asking him replied" why believe my words, you put your knowledge". I have Three Loans now Two Four wheller on Mahindra Finance and One is with your Organisation. At Mahindra, I have not issue because they have a office at every city and we are getting proper information. Your people are only the way to deal but they are misguding and now I am facing an 3600 rupess fine. Mr. Aditya Also Misbehaving.

I've maintained sufficient balance in my account for emi s ecs to pay my two wheeler loan. For this i'm making cash payment to the recovery executive. This is a gross insult from your end. Contacted several times and submitted related documents at your office communicating this inconvenience. But of no use. The burdwan office does not pay heed. If such continues to happen, i'll not be availabe for cash payment afterwards. Please take the advantage of ecs, otherwise no cash payment will be rendered. I'll not be available along with the bike for next six months at residence. Act accordingly...

Hello sir, i have bought second hand bike which was financed by baf and registered on name ' d. R. Dhanush'. I want to know the finance is settled and noc is given to him. Please help.

I have already bought this bike (Fzs) from d. R. Dhanush', resident of ' #132-4, mes quarters, command hospital, bangalore-560007. I am not able to contact him as he has changed his mobile number. I just want to know the status of the finance loan.

With due respect I beg to inform You that I am a customer of BAF bearing loan no TW1361NR00362535. I purchased a scotty model Rayz as Hypo/finance by your Finance company. My EMI is 1887 per month having due date of clearance on 2nd of every month. Sir on dated 2/11/16 I deposited my monthly EMI of Nov.16 in my A/c but it is bounced and thereafter I paid the said EMI on cash dated 16/11/16 bearing M.R.No TWBC4698980 . again on dated 28/11/16 unfortunately the said EMI amount is deducted twice and further on the next EMI it should be adjusted with the EMI of Dec16 but it was not adjusted with the EMI of dec16 and in lieu of adjustment Bounce charge of Rs 500/- has been imposed unnecessarily for the month of Dec16 and further the cheque of the dec16 shouldnot be placed but it is placed twice and moreover again on 28/12/16 one more EMI is deducted as it shouldnot be deducted and further it should be adjusted with the EMI of Jan17. Thereafter on the month of Jan17 EMI hasbeen adjusted on due date but bounce charges shouldnot be imposed as there is o question of default of payment arise.
under the above situation it has became necessary to inform the matter for Waive of the Bounce Charge which is imposed on me unnecessarily for the month of Dec16 and Jan 17

I had taken two wheeler loan from bussan auto finance and paid all my emi, their was some late charge amount of rs.4000/-, bussan executive contacted me in march and he convey me that, i had to pay only 2100/- for full settlement and i had payed that amount till date i have not received any no dues certificate, now they are again asking for balance payment.

The latest bike i have got is Fazer F1 BS3, I am not disappointed with the bike but with the service of Bussan Auto Finance. Previous vehicles we did not go through loan and this is the first one we bought through loan from their finance and it was a bad experience & shall never recommend anyone. There were 6-7 blank cheques they had taken while processing the loan which still scares me!!!

I am a customer of Bussan Auto Finance India Pvt Ltd for the past 2 years[protected] till date) Account Number TW007INR00373410. I wish to bring to your notice that I have cleared the loan almost 2-3 months back. So far I have not received no-due or the blank checks back or further communication from Bajaj Finance.
It has been over 2/3 months since I submitted my request, but I am yet to get response. Customer care multiple times I have called most of the times they do not answer or they say system is down. I even wrote to their customer service & greviance email & have not got response. I request you to kindly instruct your to action this with concerned authority to assist me.

It has been a long time & it should be the responsibility of Bussan Auto Finance to be transparent and reach out to customers once they clear the payment. It is really very disappointing that Bussan Auto Finance India Pvt Ltd is taking so much time to provide me NOC &provide my signed blank cheques back. I request you to look into the matter soon.

I would never recommend anyone for Bussan Auto Finance!!!

I have take loan against on my 2 wheeler and for 1 yrs it went on the ECS.

Later i have changed my job and i have request for my new account changes and i have done the formality for the same. Later one executive have told that they could able to updated the ESC and you can pay the Amount Thru cash in where we will give the Receipt copy for the same. Even i have done the same.

Now i have cleared the complaint outstanding and on my cibil report its shows as Written off.

I have raised this with Bhusan on the visit and they have asked me to write mail to cibil. I have written mail to Cibil and i have got the response my cibil that BAF haven't response for the quiry.

Need to understand when i have cleared my outstanding what is problem in responding for the same
