My loan account no. Tw601inr00006361 and loan agreement date 31/12/2008 i have paid my loan and have received noc for the same, in my bike transfer pepar issues so please have noc lettar.

Hi this is kv ramana. I got a message from baf for renewal of chola ms premium 950 rs and there is a link to pay online but i am unable to make the payment as that link is getting error.

And after that i called to the customer care they given one number but i tried that number no one did lift the call. My last date for renewal the premium is 18th of may.

I have cleared my bike loan about two months ago, your agent has came to my house and picked up the money becouse i cleared my loan 6months earlier than givin period. your agent collected money from us and he had gave us Rs.500 discount on the spot but he dint got any permission for giving discount from agency (shree agency, shimoga) its his fault and noe its been two months i dint got clearation paper. It is really frustrating i had paid
18, 978 rupees my remaining loan amount was Rs.19479. So if he asked me to pay another five hundred i would have payed then but its been two months he is playing with me. He is not picjing up my call so please invesicate this and take some serious action on this. if your Is not getting clearation paper after clearing all the loan it is really disapointing. I have attached parers which your agent had give us while giving clearation miney your agent name was prasanna.

I have purchased the fzs yahamaha from sudharth autos gurgaon on finance. So on the bassi of address verification an agent called me.
He did not behaved very well at all and was very very rude.
He was asking again & again house no. Which i dont have as per landlord.
End of the call he abused about my mother like "iski maa ka"
So please look into this

Am sherin francis and I took a Ray z from marvel agencies chalakudy.For finacial support they suggested Bussan auto finance after some months I realized it was worst finacial company they will charged different kind robbery, so my suggestion never jump to Bussan finance service they will snatched your money

I'm done with my EMI .. I had called two months ago and one of the employees said .. I will get a call back once it is done..As of now I didn't get any call and when I was trying today for more than an hour, no one picking up the call and the other number someone is picking up the call but disconnecting it before even say a hi. Rest of the time it is busy...

Hi, im aditya tomar, this is my bike number (Up14 bn4173), loan no - tw422inr00110001. After paying the all loan amount to our finencer after that our finencer not giving the noc certificate. They did not giving any respone. I pay the all amount in the month of july.
Please look at this matter.

This as been 2nd time, that amount has been detected in my account, last month mine due amount has been detected in my account on d due date, but penalty has been detected find d attached snaps, even this month amount has been detected even though I have paid d penalty amount for check bouns, kindly ensure this as my humble request & solve d issue as soon as possible,

I am really regretted to write such mails but really there was worst service providers you are in the autofinance company, I purchased a Yamaha FZ bike ver 2.0 from Samrat Motors Ghaziabad in Aug 2014 with two years EMIs of 2237, in between my one EMI bounce, your company charged me rs. 500 more I submit the same ., But when I didn;t receive my NOC after 20 days of completion of my loan ., I call to the call centre guy to crosscheck why still I didn't get my NOC, then they told me Rs 15 is due on me, then I ask call centre Team what should i done to submit this due amount, they told me submit the amount the nearest dealer where Bussan Executive sit together.

Before 2 months I just submit my loan details with Bussan Executive (Rahul) to have a slip and ask to help me for having NOC asap. But this guy always give me a wrong Information since last two months, also now he never picks up my call, really I never scene this type of worst service as of now in finance sector.
There is no value of customer's goodwill in eyes of Busssan Auto Finace Company . Can I expect any revert for the same??????

TW601INR00425016. i paid all EMI through ECS on time but jan -16 month emi not deducted because your system was not working then why charge me for late payment. now i asking for NOC no one co-operating me from bushan finance this company & his all employees are useless not co-operating thane branch is very worst branch. I had taken loan from you to purchase yamah fz from your kothrud, paud road, pune agency for my two wheeler no. Mh-12- mc - 4604 on 02/07/2015. I had not even received a single correspondence from you up to now. My emi of rs.2754/- every month. I receive the email from my bank under number as tp busan auto finan[protected].
Please therefore arrange to identify my loan account and send me the loan statement right from the starting of loan up to date.

My due date is 8.. but I deposit sufficient amount.. but, u don't take the money from my account. After 10 days nobody contact me.. I think 20 the I called it company landline. One person told me I will sent any one collection executive sir.. then no response 4 days after two times I called the same number. Again again she said I will sent someone sir. But, Nobody contact me.. today one person called me, he told . I call u continues sir, u didn't take the call.. sry friends no one contact me.. now I want money.. no othe way.. that person told me.. now I'm in native how I arrange money.. last 10 days I give a amount to my home.. no one responded.. then now suddenly how blamed me.. seriously very bad.. sorry to say this.. I'm not delayed last my 13 dues.. plz, don't do that again.. plz some one numbers, and take responsibility.

Bussan Auto Finance member's and there services are pathetic, I'm paying the Loan from last 12 months without any broke and this month ECS amount was suppose to deduct on 2nd September and they trying to deduct ECS Early morning around 9'o clock but due to Closing of Bank the amount credited in my account late around 11am, and I also called on there customer care and said him that my amount has been credited and Deduct the amount from my bank but they didn't deduct the amount from my account then after few days I'm getting the calls from some agent (I don't know he was fake or what) and I told him deduct the amount from my bank as balance is already available in my bank account and i was trying to call on there customer care but there line always going busy also in there head office they didn't picked my single call also they mentioned in there website that they will pick the call within 5 ring but there is no service from this company and that agent was not ready to take the request for ECS deduction and he was saying that he need only cash now as per there company policy they can receive only cash they cannot deduct balance from my account after 1 attempt then I said to agent that ill go to the office and FNF this Loan but today he sent an agent at my home without my permission which is illegal and he doesn't had the manners how to talk with people and I need strict action against the both of the person when I already said him I'm closing my Loan then how can he sent that bloody guy and I'm mention both of them numbers. and should have other option like Bajaj and other banks for online access the our account and online payment so that we can skip from the fraud

How can i get my EMI bills

I am paying EMI to the agent provided by your company. He is late to collect money every month. Same is informed to Laval manages since my account was started. After that also he is late as usual. Fortunately my period of loan is completed and last EMI is given. But in my local branch people are forcing us to pay extra with reason " late payment charges".
