Bussan Auto Finance member's and there services are pathetic, I'm paying the Loan from last 12 months without any broke and this month ECS amount was suppose to deduct on 2nd September and they trying to deduct ECS Early morning around 9'o clock but due to Closing of Bank the amount credited in my account late around 11am, and I also called on there customer care and said him that my amount has been credited and Deduct the amount from my bank but they didn't deduct the amount from my account then after few days I'm getting the calls from some agent (I don't know he was fake or what) and I told him deduct the amount from my bank as balance is already available in my bank account and i was trying to call on there customer care but there line always going busy also in there head office they didn't picked my single call also they mentioned in there website that they will pick the call within 5 ring but there is no service from this company and that agent was not ready to take the request for ECS deduction and he was saying that he need only cash now as per there company policy they can receive only cash they cannot deduct balance from my account after 1 attempt then I said to agent that ill go to the office and FNF this Loan but today he sent an agent at my home without my permission which is illegal and he doesn't had the manners how to talk with people and I need strict action against the both of the person when I already said him I'm closing my Loan then how can he sent that bloody guy and I'm mention both of them numbers. and should have other option like Bajaj and other banks for online access the our account and online payment so that we can skip from the fraud

How can i get my EMI bills

I am paying EMI to the agent provided by your company. He is late to collect money every month. Same is informed to Laval manages since my account was started. After that also he is late as usual. Fortunately my period of loan is completed and last EMI is given. But in my local branch people are forcing us to pay extra with reason " late payment charges".
Since I have spoken to your staff they are instructing me to raise complaint only not to solve the problem. Loan no: TW9091NR00191652. Name: A Hima. Cell: [protected]. Pls resolve my problem and clear my issue.

Dear Authority,

I purchased a Yamaha Fascino last year financed by Bussan Auto Finance with LAN - TW201INR00388384.

Due to some technical issues with my ECS account I started paying advance EMI from May'16. In month of June'16 I paid the advance EMI for July'16. Due to their mismanagement & lack in system my EMI cheque was presented in the bank which got returned because of the technical issues & non availability of funds.

This mistake of team BAF led to bounce charges in my LAN & cheque return charges in my bank account. On further requests & complaints the bouncing charges from loan account were taken back but still my query stands for the cheque return charges in my bank account.

Also this has affected my banking & financial credentials, to avoid this only I was paying advance EMI. Now officials at BAF Indore & Bhopal are refusing to make any statement & reimburse the cheque return charges.

This has to be addressed as this is the lack of system & management at their end and I am not going to bear even a single penny cause of their mistake.

Now it has been 1 year and 4 months finished and I haven't received my NOC till 12 July 2016. And as per I had 3 conversation with ur Bussan finance members.Kindly do the needful which was not done as per finance organisation must do. Waiting for the revert, my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. And here by it's a thing to say that I can't upload the picture of the finance agreement please do make it useful so that any customer can upload his/her documents.

I purchased fz-s version 2.0 in omalur t. k, salem d. t. on may end 2016. i leaved vehicle for 1st service in yamaha showroom, my bike have been ceased direct from showroom without my permission, and when i ask them. reply as an very local persons. they told, 1st emi not passed in bank, so they ceased the vehicle, anybody from your finance not informed me the due date. i explain to the salem manager and i told, i ready to pay the due amount now. but he didn't accept and he went and told, do what u can.
This is the way of dealing the customers, i pay the due amount at any time, before 13.07.2016 afternoon if i didn't get vehicle from bussan finance, i am ready to file the case against your finance and yamaha showroom in consumer court. my vehicle no : tn30 bw 5915, owner name r. karthick raj.

My emi is collecting by your representatives (M. R. Associates, pallimukku, kollam) every month from my home on their own time. Last month one mr. Vishnudas, id no. 854, tel. [protected] told me that i have 2 years of cheque bouncing charges. Even from the beginning, i have ensured regular payments. But they may collected delayed. This is to request to you to send me the statement till date and take necessary steps to solve the problem soon as possible.

See I have already paid the emi amount of 5185 but yesterday one of your representative called me stating they are not able to deduct the amount I have the proof that you guys have deducted the amount.

Sir am telling about this month on 3rd june i close my loan rs 3100. The executive told me to pay on 31st may. But in some kind of problems i pay on 3rd july in executive hand by cash rs 3100name jyothish number [protected]. The problm is i ask jyothish i want bill. But he escape from me. And i go to showroom and i got ' only 1910 rupees bill at the date 31/06/2016. I attach the bill. Balance cash he didn't give to office. So please do immediate action. And i glad to say that the executive language is very bad and he went to my home and talk to my mom wrong words too

Sir, the processing fee @ 6.5% seems to be high. Same is not mentioned in the company site.In addition to that loan shield charges rs 972 and ecs charges rs 550. All the above charges may be categorically mentioned in the company's web page. Regulatory of the above charges may be obtained from rbi and to be displayed on company's web page. Also customer care of baf india intimated that professing fee [protected]@3.5%. And roi is 12%. Same needs to be clarified. Regards

Towards the purchase of yamaha bike, received closed status letter and noc scanned copy, but amount of rs.14, 468 is reflecting in cibil records and my cibil score is 580,
I contacted cibil customer care they said busaan has to update my records in cibil later i contacted busaan customer care they said it will take 90days to get reflected.

I got job two offers in finance/banking sector but both got rejected at the time of appointment due to low cibil score.
How come 14, 468rs is reflecting even though my file is closed one month before. Now am jobless will you be responsible and compensate my salary.

I would like to informed you that very poor & disaster services i have never been seen in my life from busan auto finance team.

Firstly i called to customer care ([protected]) ms. Kavya picked up my phone didn't resolved my query and give me the your delhi regional office number ([protected]) but no has picked up the call i tried more than 10 times. Than i called to your corporate office number ([protected]) one lady has picked the call talk to me very rudely. She said why you have called this number, who give you this number and tell me called this number ([protected], again no one has pickup the call). While i asked to lady that your behavior with the customer is very rudely, she replied we are just like that and disconnected the call.


My query is:- this is my loan number (Tw004inr[protected] and installment deducted date is 2nd of every month. If you check details i have paid all the installment on time however this month due to some circumstance there is no balance in my account so realize that as per all finance company busan auto finance has also a same procedure and i credited the amount on very next day. When i asked today why balance is not deducted then they replied esc only one time procedure in a month. However three more loan is running in my account if there is balance low or not available they process the esc request second time within 24 to 48 hour.

When i asked the same with your customer care or your corporate office they replied it is not possible. I just asked why it is not possible because in all the finance company is going to rule of rbi..

Also the behavior of the lady who is sited your corporate office is very rude..

I would really appreciated if you clear my query and revert asap. Because i didn't give the extra payment of my loan.

I had availed a two wheeler loan as per Loan No.TWC071MR00196246 and I had closed this loan as per receipt no.TKRD5283827 on 18/12/2015. But unfortunately I have not received the NOC till date from the Bussan Finance, Kochi. Hence I humbly request to issue the NOC to me at the earliest..

Cheque bouncing fee Rs.300/- Penalty fee Rs.5/ TOTAL. 305/- But the dealer charge Rs.1039/-. After explaining the issue now they charge Rs.500+ something. He doesn't even attend my call hereafter. Your customer service is not satisfactory. It is very poor . I have nothing problem at my end . I have enoungh money in my account for all the months except April 2014. For that only I have to charge Rs.305/- .But they didnt answer me...

sir i have one yamaha ray scooter . but it have some issue . i finance scooter in bussan finance pvt limited. i ask for loan payment details. and statement. but when i cal finance manager he told me shoutly nd harase my family. he dont give statement do what you want. .i complaint police station. sir i want statement as soon as posible .
