BAF's agent is telling that NOC despatched from last month but have not received from agent end.

I completed my dues on few years back. I will missing the original NOC copy now I need for duplicate NOC copy. Few days before I call the customer care number ( [protected] ) someone told you can pay the reprint charge 300 /- I'm also pay that amount via your axis bank account (please find the attachment) then he told call me back after you transfer the amount to after few days now I try to this costomer care [protected] but this not rechargeable can you help me ?

I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in receiving the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for my loan account TW523INR00866654. As per the terms and conditions of the loan agreement, I have completed all the payments on 08-Nov-2021 and fulfilled all the necessary requirements for the loan closure.

However, it has been 3 years since I made the final payment and I have not received the NOC from your end. This is causing a delay in my future financial plans and is becoming a major inconvenience for me.
