      Not providing NOC after loan closure

      My Bike ( FZS- V3) loan was fully closed on 08.10.2020, But still the NOC is Mailed/sent by the BAF-Bangalore.
      Customer service department is not responding to the calls.

                  I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in receiving the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for my loan account TW601INR00785362. As per the terms and conditions of the loan agreement, I have completed all the payments on 08-Nov-2021 and fulfilled all the necessary requirements for the loan closure.

                  However, it has been 2.5 years since I made the final payment and I have not received the NOC from your end. This is causing a delay in my future financial plans and is becoming a major inconvenience for me.

                  I would like to request you to kindly expedite the process and provide me with the NOC at the earliest. I have fulfilled my end of the agreement and I expect the same from your end as well.

                  I would appreciate it if you could acknowledge this complaint and provide me with an update on the status of my NOC. I hope to receive a positive response from your end soon.

                          I have taken a bike loan for 2017 aug on your (BUSSAN AUTO FINANCE INDIA PVT. LTD.) company loan agreement no: TW510INR00611089, I Was completely paid all the due on time up to 2019 aug but still not issued NOC copy of my loan, kindly take the necessary action, and send me a copy of no objection certificate I mentioned postal address and also so Mail me.
