I have submitted and cleared all balanced against my Yamaha bike loan amount since 30.03.2017. But we did not get NOC against the same till dated.

BAF's agent is telling that NOC despatched but have not received from agent end.

Kindly consider our urgent need to despatched NOC again, if not done please.

The dues are paid and loan is closed but i haven't received the NOC. i tried to go to Bussan finance office in chennai but they said its permanently closed. I need immediately help with NOC as i need it to close loan on RC and sell my bike. Kindly help

Despite the loan closure in 2020, I am yet to receive the No Objection Certificate (NOC), and my attempts to contact the lending institution have been unsuccessful due to change in address. I vacated the 2 years before they sent a courier to old address. So, Please send the same NOC to my present address details mentioned below.

I am writing to bring to your attention the delay in receiving the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for my loan account TW601INR00785362. As per the terms and conditions of the loan agreement, I have completed all the payments on 08-Nov-2021 and fulfilled all the necessary requirements for the loan closure.

However, it has been 2.5 years since I made the final payment and I have not received the NOC from your end. This is causing a delay in my future financial plans and is becoming a major inconvenience for me.

I would like to request you to kindly expedite the process and provide me with the NOC at the earliest. I have fulfilled my end of the agreement and I expect the same from your end as well.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken a bike loan for 2017 aug on your (BUSSAN AUTO FINANCE INDIA PVT. LTD.) company loan agreement no: TW510INR00611089, I Was completely paid all the due on time up to 2019 aug but still not issued NOC copy of my loan, kindly take the necessary action, and send me a copy of no objection certificate I mentioned postal address and also so Mail me.
