I have cleared all balance against my YAMAHA ALPHA SCOOTER loan amount during March 2018. But i did not get NOC & letter for RTO to get the hypothecation clearance till date.

Unable to contact the BAF's customer care provided on the website.
all numbers saying as NOT IN USE or SWITCHED OFF.

Kindly consider my urgent need to despatch NOC & letter for RTO to get the hypothecation...

Please help in getting NOC for my two wheeler loan took on 2014 from Bussan auto finance for which I have paid all the dues and closed it by 2015.

I am trying to reach for past 72 hrs but no body is answering in their 0toll free number[protected].

I had paid Rs 300/- for re-printing the NOC to the bank account number[protected] as advised by their team (Who responded only once in last 15 days.
