I have purchased glass top 3 burner gas stove in january 2019 in police canteen, avadi. Started using it by feb 1st week. The stove released flame outside the burner and also the place we insert the tube. We changed the tube twice again it released the same but more vigorously. I have reached to customer care and the technician visited my house and did some service. He said all the burners to be changed and he will change it in couple of days. But no response from him. Later again i reached to customer care and asked for replacement of the stove as no one called us back regarding the burner change. They sent the transport team and collected the stove 19th feb 2019 and confirmed the replacement will be done in 3 days. I have been following up with ccare and the agent srinivasan for about 3 weeks literally, am getting new reasons every day. Yesterday he confirmed that i will get the replacement by 4th march before 7 pm, but he didn't even called me back about what had happened. I'm really frustrated to do the follow-up with the ccare and the agency where i get different reasons each day. Please do the needful to resolve this issue asap. Was this information helpful? |
