I bought Butterfly Gas stove on 06/04/2018 at Chennai saravanas store.With in four months my stove got fired on 18/07/2018 thru the On/Off Knob.

Hi, i purchased butterfly splendid mixer grinder before one year and it is still in warranty. 3 month before one of the mixer jar steel cup got broken due to manufacturing defect. (Poor steel). I purchased glass top burner 2 years back from viveks (26th january 2016), within few months experienced low flame issue and get repaired by service center.
This evening all of a sudden glass top broke. I prepared dinner and after that it was not in use. We heard a huge noise from our kitchen when the glass top started breaking.

Also i contacted the local person mr. Sundararajan, [protected], he also not picking the calls. Then i have sent the message on 12 dec 2017...

On december 12th morning i registered a complaint about burner not working properly. Follow up on that 13th morning 1 made a call again, on that time they told me it's will take 48 hours for the service once you made a complaint... Ok company policy..? And now it's 72 hours finished! Still no one responded to the complainant...
Now my question is?
If the company cannot manage they suppose to do why they offering.

Today while cooking it broken in to pieces and punctured the leg and got wounded with blood loss.
I really wonder how this product released without safety precautions and which regulatory body approved???
