I purchased butterfly brand four burner glass top gas stove on 22/08/2017. Now, it is under warranty and it is not proper flame due to choke in gas stove pipes.in this regard i registered my complaint in butterfly customer care on 04/02/2019 and i received complaint id no. B[protected] and b[protected]. I got a call from customer service staff and they said to me within two days our service people will contact you for service your gas stove. But, nobody contacted me from butterfly service side. After that again, i contacted customer care on 09/02/2019, 12/02/2019 and repeatly called butterfly customer care weekly twice for this issue. Still nobody contacted me from butterflyservice side to me. Now, we are cooking in our old gas stove.

Please settle this issue immediately or if gas stove service not available i want money whatever i paid for purchased gas stove.

    Hi,

    I am very sad to share that we has a worst experience with the butterfly customer care service.. We bought a 3burner glass top gas stove by november ‘18.. After a very few weeks one of the knob was broken and we called up customer care and they sent some service person after some days and thy repaired the part.. And after very few weeks again the same problem occured and when we called up for service none id the technician has attended and we were keep on waiting for the service person and before they could attend the issue, the middle burner alignment has changed and its not working. Now we wanted to go for the exchange since we feel its completely defective.. We are in mid of may, we couldn’t find any proper response from the customer care despite of many calls.

    When i spoke to the service manager, even he is not helpful and very rude in responding for my issue.

    Please do something to help us resolving the issue

      I have given rice cooker for repair for the date on 01/04/2019 till now service center people are telling spare parts yet to come is confirmed. Kindly request investigate matter on urgent basis.

      This is fifth time i gave rice cooker for service for the past two months once he repaired it works only couple of days.

      It's worst service center in anantapur district.
      If you unable give service kindly replace the product.

      It was very disappointed on me due to your services.

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased the butterfly. The product came up with defective top lock. The knob is not getting locked properly. Hence the complaint was raised date:[protected] complain number: b[protected]. The service technician came and attended the issue. But the issue was not resolved, however the complaint was closed without any service. Again we logged a complaint on date:[protected] complain number: b[protected]. Service person came and he has replaced the knob. This knob also was not getting locked with the shaft. This knob is not getting set with the top cover also. This is of a different model also. I doubt if the same is from butterfly!!! But the complaint was closed again without any intimation even though it was said time and again by us that the issue was not resolved. When i called to the service head mr satish [protected], he had a heated argument with me and started to abuse me. He started using all un parliamentary language and started to call from different mobile numbers and started to abuse. Hence i called the customer care people and started the same what has happened where they have connected me to the service head where he started supporting mr. Satish and told to me and customer care that “take my number to tell that person to call me if incase they need service” its so rude and so harsh. We have not made any mistake. We have purchased the product for its brand value and customer service only. We have received a defective product and time and again when complain is logged why the issue is not being resolved and closed as such without customer confirmation.         At last if you are not resolving the issue also its ok. No problem. But don’t ever abuse your own customer for the only mistake that they have purchased a butterfly product. And have some control on your service people. They cannot do whatever they want to with the customers.

          butterfly faulty gas stove

          I have purchased glass top 3 burner gas stove in january 2019 in police canteen, avadi. Started using it by feb 1st week. The stove released flame outside the burner and also the place we insert the tube. We changed the tube twice again it released the same but more vigorously.           gas stove burners are not working properly

          I have purchased butterly gas stove 3 months back and after using it for a while the gas burner is not working properly. Sometimes it is lighting up with lower flames and sometime not working. I have already raised a service request 2 weeks back but nobody contacted me yet. Complaint no is : b[protected]. We are buying products form this brand by hoping for a good service after sales but the reality is very much different.

            We bought Butterfly Wet Grinder 3 months back. From the beginning it was not grinding fully well. After four attempts by different service men from Butterfly, the wet grinder was replaced with a brand new one. Still similar problems existed and the technicians were not adequately skilled. They are not prompt and the service delivery were erratic. They do not come as promised. Even if we make complaints to higher ups, there is no effective use, except they collect information and and giving assurance for good service, which never materialized. My latest complain No. B[protected] dated 20.11.18 is still pending without any solution, even after escalating the matter to higher levels. Fed up with Butturfly company.

              I had purchased your smart table grinder few years back, of late it is not working. We took it to your service center at parayanchery, kottoli, kozhikode. It is with them for the last one month, they are not able to repair with an excuse that parts are not available with the company. I hope it is not a chinese product to use and throw and butterfly company will maintain the goodwill and standard to take care of its customers. Pl. Take up the matter with your service center & arrange to get it repaired at the earliest. Hope the company will wake up. My contact no. [protected]

                butterfly gas stove fire thru on/off knob

                I bought Butterfly Gas stove on 06/04/2018 at Chennai saravanas store.With in four months my stove got fired on 18/07/2018 thru the On/Off Knob.

                We all got panic and more frustrate at the moment Because of the flame spread-ed out and firing approx 3 feet from the stand.Too much of material loss.we tried to conduct Butterfly service person he simply replied that Our technician will contact you and then we will take further action....

                  I have purchased 2 months before 01.05.2018 mixi worth of rs.3300 in saravana stores sholinganallur, chennai. When i purchsed and i went home and check its fully noisy but after 2 months now its not at all working, also side its little bit cracjed we hardly used 6 to 7 times of this product. I am not at all happy with butterfly products. Please understand the customers problems and provide them as good and standard products.

                  I am totally disappointed. If its possible give me a new mixi will be much appreciate.

                  I never seen this type of product, i taken 4 months before in vasanth & co in kolathur, in 2 months back butter fly mixer having some problem, i sumbitted in butterfly serrvice center, they gave after 1 month after servecing, and again smoke coming from mixer unnecessarily i brought this brand

                    Butterfly grinder not working, it has been jammed. Not rotating, may be winding has gone. Have warranty card. Even though the power is on grinder is not working. We are unable to move the inside wheel back and fro. Could you please resolve this issue as soon as possible. It’s butterfly jet grinder. We are registering complaint in regards to the not working of grinder

                    Butterfly grinder is jammed and winding as got burned. Not able to rotate the wheel to and fro. It has been locked tightly. Winding inside it has been gone and jammed. Get this resolved as soon as possible

                      Sir, we purchased butterfly jet mixer grinder with in one month motor was damaged and we got repaired from their technician and after 15 days again motor got burnt again we got repaired from their technician and after some time the jars broken and plug was burnt and again we got repaired from their technician, after repair also motor is not working properly it is 750 watts but not working up to the mark we registered complaint in butterfly customer support but they closed our problem with out solving it they gave us fault product i request you please solve our problem.

                        I bought this Rhino SS butterfly gas stove in January 2018. Unfortunately it happens to be my wrong choice. I had a very bad experience with Faber glass top stove before hence I want to switch over to some other brand and choose this crap.

                        Initially the big burner was not burning properly and it made gup gup sound when burning. The service engineers came and tested and said OK. But after my repeated complaints, they changed the brass burner and it stopped. It happened to be not aligned with the base and there is a air leak which made the sound. To my astonishment it was certified OK by the quality check.

                        The second problem was there was a mild gas leak from the knob on the Big burner side and it was attended by 3 service engineers and said OK. But still I smell the gas leaks mildly from the burner knob side. The engineer was adamant and refused to change the required component to arrest it completely leaving the risk to me.

                        I think they hesitate to change the components in warranty - they boasts one year warranty for the stove. Even I told the service engineer to change the component and I will pay for it. He refused and asked to me contact customer care.

                        The customer care easily pass on the baton to their franchise who deals with the repair in my locality and the service engineer refuse to change the component and asks me again to contact the customer care. They are playing this ball throwing game with customers like us.

                        I had burnt my finger second time and will not go for this brand for any of the kitchen appliances.

                        A disappointed customer.

                          2 Burner Stainless Steel Gas stove is giving sounds and producing extra flames when switching off. does not aid cooking at all. REFUND is requested. no replacement required. replaced gas stove also has the same problem. the technicians have already visited once. no use after they replaced the gas stove. 2nd unit is also giving the same problem. REFUND from the company is requested. Thanking you in advance.

                            I bought butterfly 4 burner glass top prism model just about 5 months back the plastic section where the knobs are placed is cracking & on of the burners isnt function correctly, i have been calling the customer care every single day for the past 20 days the customer care just keep giving numbers of the manager & then they promise to send a technician in 2 days and no one come t check the issue. I have spoken to the person called vivek ([protected]) this person never picks the call. Then we have caller almost 5 to 10 time ravi who is another manager @ [protected]) who is the most worst person to speak to he is very unreliable every single day he has been saying the same story of sending a person in 2 days and is least bothered to resolve or help.

                            Butterfly has the worst customer care & also has lost its quality in its products. Please be aware not to buy any products of butterfly as there is no service available.

                              I bought a butterfly gas stove jetgt3b on[protected] and the gas stove was not working properly. It was a 3 burner stove. One of the burner gets off while reducing the flame, the other one gets stain under the vessel. I made a complaint (No. B[protected]), and the technician came 3 times, he told us that this complaint is there for all the models and do something on the stove.

                              For one week it was working good, but now the same complaint it is showing. The technician who visited is not bothered about the complaint.

                              Please do the needful.

                                Hi, i purchased butterfly splendid mixer grinder before one year and it is still in warranty. 3 month before one of the mixer jar steel cup got broken due to manufacturing defect. (Poor steel). I went to service center at tambaram, chennai and gave it. I tried to call each time and even went multiple times, still they are saying the spare part has not been arrived yet. It is been more than 3 months. They are having a very lethargic and reckless reply.

                                  I purchased glass top burner 2 years back from viveks (26th january 2016), within few months experienced low flame issue and get repaired by service center.
                                  This evening all of a sudden glass top broke. I prepared dinner and after that it was not in use. We heard a huge noise from our kitchen when the glass top started breaking.
                                  The quality of the product and the glass top have worst durability.
