This is the second time im complaining had purchased a butterfly mixie on 21st sept 2019. Used it only once and its not working. Requested, called and tried contacting with all the help but no response from anybody. I need the refund of the product because i think 3 months is quite a lot of time for giving a solution to the customer. Moreover its surprising that the grievances numbers also don't work. Pathetic.
