Hi i have bought an /Timex JI00 Chronograph Men Watche from "Butatbrands" on november 1st,when i called them they told they will dispatch the watch by yesterday and i will get a mail,but i didnt get any mail as well as no tracking number intheir site.My order reference number is BSOYJBXJJ.I tried to call them and mailed them but am not getting any response.Please help me,they have deducted 3740rs for the product still no news about product delivery.

I bought a Fossil CH watch from www.buyitbrands.com spending INR 3,600 and INR 300 additional charges for shipment. The product delivered is a fake watch, my friend has the same watch and the product bought from the site is fake.

I had placed my order on 7th July, 2012.

Since then i haven't received any update about my order being shipped or out for delivery etc.

Though i have opted for standard Blue Dart shipping method, its already been 14 days since the time of purchase.
All calls to the customer care number has been unanswered.

Would reuest you to please update me on the status of my order and when shall i receive the same.

i orderd a casio limited edition watch on Buyatbrands.com on 9 may
delivery was to be in 3 weeks..at end of may they call to say the company shipment is lost so they will need more time..i persist with their promises..since then no response to my numerous mails and their phone no on website is fake (no reply or out of reach)..i am stranded without any delivery n my money stuck with the website

Hi, I Ordered a Casio g-shock DW-6900MS-1HDR Men's Watch from BUYATBRANDS on 5th June'2012 post confirmation from company that product is in stock with them. However, after placing the order with express delivery(for Rs.300 extra and delivery in 2 days) i get message from buyatbrands team that product shipping will be delayed by 7 days more with no reason mentioned. This makes no sense charging customers of Rs 300 and express delivery in 2 days?

Consumer has to follow up continuously for the product status, wherein the customer care is least bothered to acknowledge ir provide the updates if the product will actually be delivered in 7 days or delay more?

Finally on 14th June, i called marketing division Vikas much after arguement that product will be shipped by evening (which i received) along with the assurance of Refund of Rs.300 for shipping charges. I again follow up twice with customer care on 16th and 19th June'12 respectively irrespective of numerous calls, but no one has bothered to ack and refund my shipping amount till today 2nd july'12.

This site has no standard protocols defined to handled online shopping request and concerns unlike other shopping portals. Appreciate your kind help in following up and taking strict action against such online portals who operate without standard customer care and make you go through harrowing experience of online shopping.

I sincerley request to pls think numerous times before placing order with BUYATBRANDS. Anyone wish to know more can call me at [protected].

my complaint for Buyatbrands.com regarding order #2467, I have placed order for my father's birthday gift as titan watch on[protected], I want watch on or before[protected], because on[protected] on this day My father's birth date. But still on[protected] they haven't Dispatch the goods, Now when i am calling to Mr.Vikas on Mo. [protected], It is switched off & on [protected] Mr. Lalit who told me on that your order was dispatched on[protected], Now replying that there was a shipping problem So, We are going to dispatch it tomorrow or on[protected] and replying that we will call you back, but i know that i will not going to get any call from the company,also they are not giving reply of my mails.

I had placed order nos 2158 and 2169 on 22 nd April,2012 and paid expedited shipping charges for both orders.
Once they updated shipping details which was fake.
After long delay both orders were delivered but despite promising to refund shipping charges, it is still not done.
To my surprise both the orders were received without warranty cards. I have been promised that delivery cards will be sent since last one month. However,cards are still not sent. Whenever I call,it is said they cards will be dispatched tomorrow. However, 5 such promises have been fake till now.

I regularly buy various products online. This is the first time I have had any kind of trouble. I have paid online and in full, including express shipping.

Buyatbrands.com appears most unprofessional & has very poor customer service. They do not respond to phone calls. I did receive one email from them confirming delivery in 2 days, but sadly, more than 10 days have passed.

Also, I was intrigued when I received a mail wishing me "Happy Good Friday". The insensitivity of the marketing team is appalling to say the least.

I have placed Order: #001523 placed on 12/13/2011 00:29:33 from buyatbrands.Now it is 27th march 2012.Almost 4 months

They did not give me cash on delivery option so i paid entire amount by credit card.They also charged Rs50 for delivery charge.

I frequently reminded them that i did not get the product.They replied after almost 2 months that they are out of stock.

They have mentioned in their site that they pay Rs300 as penalty in case of cancellation on their part.Also customer care is so nice that they reply promptly in a day's time.Both of these are untrue.

Their customer care have ignored my frequent mails and they do not care to deliver my product.They mentioned that since they are out of stock they want me to purchase some other product having same cost.I reluctantly said yes.But still they fail to deliver the product.

http://www.buyatbrands.com not only cheated me of my money but also undermined my efforts in making communication with them.

I have given Kolkata 700074 as shipping address and hope its not too remote area.I have purchased products from other online shopping stores but they have taken maximum of 1 week to deliver.Also delivery charge is free.

Buyatbrands inspite of charging delivery charges does not care to deliver my order even after 4 months.

I had selected the bluedart 1 courier delivery of buy at brands for fast delivery as company executives gave assurance to get it delivered by 10 feb 2012...On 10 feb 2012,the buyatbrands executive called me to inform that your product will be shipped on 21 feb & will be delivered on 23 feb 2012...But i didnt receive the product till today & every time whenever i made call to buyatbrands there executives use to say that you wil get your product till today evening or tomorrow morning from last 5 days & whenever i contacted them for complaint,they simply replied there is no status update about your product & we are forwarding your complaint & very soon you recieve call from buyatbrands about status update but i didnt recieve any call from them in return.

i tried on numbers [protected] & at [protected] but its of no use as it was just fake assurance ....

I just want to request buyatbrands team to inform me as when it will be delivered..

I would like to state that I had made an online purchase of FOSSIL CH2754 MEN's WATCH COLOUR: BLACK worth Rs 8996 from BUYATBRANDS on 26 nov 2011. I had paid additional Rs 200 for Express Shipping under which they claim the product to reach the customer within 5 working days (Huh...watta joke). After repeated follow-up also the company could not deliver the watch. Neither did they update me with the shipment status or any "tracking no.". When I tried to reach the owner, all I got was that he is touring abroad...and he is attending a marriage at some [censored] place kind of [censored]....
Hence I applied for refund on 13th dec 2011. They promise to make the refund within 10 days. hence by 30th dec they provided me with a phony refund ref. no.I checked with my account and got back to them, they said there is some problem with the bank, which is total [censored].Now I hav defaulted on my credit card payment and till now i.e 10th feb 2012, no refund has been received, though they claim that they have made the payment.
Hence finally i have decided to file a FRAUD CASE against Buyatbrands at the CONSUMER COURT. This is my last resort and I hope that any one who comes across this comment will stay aay from Buyatbrands and also warn others not to trade with this fraudenent website.

I have ordered a watch (Casio BESIDE BEM-501L-7AV BS062 Watches - Color : Brown) on 2/1/2012, After that no information from this site about the shipment I frequent follow up they said that they have shipped but they didn't shipped my item. After that I have decided to cancelled the order on 10/1/2012 till date I didn't get my money back. I had numerous number of follow up call but they said that it refunded but really it is not refunded. But their status shows it is refund but not really refunded as usual they are cheating customer only updating the status in the site

I bought a watch o[censored]CB from buyatbrands.com which says it authentic original watch, but it was a replica and very poor quality and also got in a poor packaging.
I had to return them via courier, although there condition says they had to pick it up from home if product not upto the mark.
I was promised the refund within 7 days, its almost 20 days and still calling and waiting for the refund.
Ridiculous service and product.
Trusting them is digging hole for yourself.
