Buyatbrands — Product not being delivered, No reply of mails about product delivery status

I have ordered a TITAN WWF series watch from Buyatbrands.Their website states they deliver product within 7 working days. I have ordered product on 4th February, 2015 and today is 23rd February 2015. However payment method selected was Cash on Delivery. Kindly take the necessary actions.
