My ref number HB01033 I was meant to get £25 refund as I had to pay for my taxi to the apartment I also had to pay for flights there abd back as didn't get my tickets in time, but was told its because I hadn't put my passport details in on time! I've been waiting since October 2022 for the refund. They have told me it's been processed but I've never received it. When I've asked for the invoice number for the £25 so I can contact my bank.they said that they would ring me with it but never have.Absolutely disgusted with these people, not only oùt if pocket but also ruined my time away Was this information helpful? |
