Does anyone know a-n-y-b-o-d-y at buzzmeeh.com???

I am very upset and angry as to how they have treated me as a customer over the past many weeks for getting my phone screen replaced. Is buzzmeeh capable of solving the issue created by them or do i have to find another reliable company to fix it. I went to a local vendor who informed me after checking the phone that the screen was of the cheapest quality available and that even they dont suggest this to their customers.

Here's what really happened - the screen of my one plus 5 was replaced on 3rd feb after which my phone has not been not working properly.

On 3rd feb, i logged a call for screen replacement at 2pm and the technician was at my house at 5.45pm. That quick was your service for a new call log. On 3rd itself, i wrote to you complaining about my phone not working properly (Screen freezing and bleeding, brightness very low, touch not working at some spots) but no one attended to it. Since 4th feb, i kept emailing/calling but of no use. No one came to check.

Finally on 6th feb, a technician came home and tried to repair it for 1.5hrs and failed and then took my phone to your office without even giving me a receipt. After many calls and follow ups from my end and no one answering and making fake commitments, i went myself to pick up my phone because buzzmeeh.com was incapable of delivering it to me. My phone was in the same condition with same problems.

Rehan and amrish (Their customer care representatives) promised me there, that if i give my phone for another day, they will repair it 100% and give it back.
So i told them to collect it on sunday (10th feb). After giving me a collection time frame from 10-11am, which was then changed to 2pm, then to 4pm, no one picked it up. It finally got picked up on 11th feb (Monday). After keeping the phone under your observation for 48hours, the same issues are still there.
1. Screen freezing
2. Have to tap on icons 2-3 times for it to open
3. Brightness low
I am beyond fed up. This entire situation cost me rs. 4000. Additional rs. 4000 to the local vendor who actually fixed my phone.

Buzzmeeh.com please refund my money, as you guys have not been able to do anything and have just given me grief for so many days.

Its very upset that i am writing worst review for any site 1st time in life. I paid 3500 for screen replacement on 11th February 2019 but after that touch is not working smoothly. I told to technician that touch is not working properly then he said ma'am plz full charge ur phone then it will work. I charged my phone but problem still coming with phone heat issue also. Even i mailed them next day on 12th with my touch issue with video and side on off key is also not working properly.The next day itself the screen cracked and key pad stopped working ! The screen kept cracking ... I have keep trying to contact them but they hadn't listen for pickup. After 4 days they picked my phone now they are saying that there is physical damage so we can't do anything. Such a ridiculous they are. The customer care not ready to listen and not ready to talk from senior in front of me. Bad quality and worst after service !

Their customer care guy Ravi and Rohit even stop taking calls and no response from anyone. They think that customer time is not valuable for them.

Hi. This company has not responded to my any emails regarding net work issue post display change from last 10 days. I followed up with them but they are at all not responding. On my phone call, they said will send executive but not sending, keeping my phone on hold. Pathetic service. Also they placed duplicate display. Can somebody help me on priority. I am using simple phone and facing lots of issue.

Hi customers. I am sharing my pathetic experience with buzzmeeh. I paid these guys full 9000 rs to change my iphone screen in march and in just two months their “original” screen gone black. I called their customer care for 3 days but no one responded. Feeling cheated i wrote my experience on their facebook wall and then i received their call back within 5 minutes. They sent their lame executive at my home who had no clue whatsoever as to what is wrong with their screen. He called his boss mr ankur and discussed the matter. Mr ankur then assured me to pick my phone from my office and give me a stand by phone till he returns my phone back with screen fixed. Again from next day onwards there is no word from him. He has even stopped picking my calls and handed over phone to some office girl who does not even know how to talk with customers.in all, i am feeling cheated and betrayed. No corporate ethics, no customer responsibility, all lies and fake promises. I am going to make you guys famous on web so that you don’t cheat others. I will also make sure none of my friend and their friends ever await your pathetic services even by mistake.

I got the display of my mobile phone changed from buzzmeeh.com site, they charged 4000 rs with 6 month warranty.in less than one month the display was blacked out and phone became inaccessible. Even after repeated complaints (Com no. 75179) and mail no body turned up to see the phone. When inquired without even seeing the phone once they very rudely said this is not covered under warranty.

Warranty policy they have is only to attract customers.
My phone does not even have a scratch on it they telephonic-ally declared it damaged
Very highly unprofessional and unethical company.
Request the company to see the phone. Replace the display or return the money.

I fixed an appointment from this company for my iphone 6s charging jack replacement issue.
They replaced the jack and after that my phone is heating and draining battery
I called them to look in to issue but they are ignoring it
The technician is not picking calls and the buzzmeeh team named ravi who fixed appointment is saying this is not our fault.
My phone was working fine except charing jack was creating issue
After they fixed it got worst battery draining and phone get heat
I would request to ban this company

On 20th Jan 2019 my daughter contacted Buzzmeeh.com online for repair of touch screen of Samsung J7.
1.The technician came very late,
2. they said 2990 so I paid 3000 but sent bill of 2900,
3. payment was decided to be done by debit card but technician didn't brought the machine so we had to arrange cash somehow &
4. It was repaired by their technician and we paid Rs 3000. He put some rubber band on mobile phone so that screen will be glued/stick properly. When rubber band was removed we found a crack near home button the same day and today another crack developed. matter was reported at No. [protected] but of no avail and now this no. is showing switched off.
I want refund, I don't want them to repair my daughter's phone again as they definitely use duplicate products.

I have done my phone screen repaired from buzzmeeh company which is a very fraudulent company. They told me that we are giving you original screen and life time warranty. I am having invoice also in which it is clearly mentioned.
Now when my phone screen started having touch issues and half of my screen touch is not working and they are saying we cant change it as it is internal damage where as there is no scratch on my screen and it happened suddenly when i was in office.

I have tried calling them but they refused to help by saying that it is internal damage without even seeing my phone

My phone started to get internal screen issues after it was replaced by a highly inexperienced technician. They offered a lifetime guarantee to fix any issues regarding the display but went back on thier word after i informed them. They didn't offer to replace the faulty fake display free of cost and asked me to pay the same amount again to replace the screen again.

They are frauds. Only give your phones to authorised service centres and save yourself the trouble.

Iphone 6 had display problem. Buzzmeeh said it will take 7k and 2 days and to at repair work would be done in front of my eyes. Now it has been more than 10 days and no one is answering my call from buzzmeeh. I'm sure they have taken out all the original parts of the phone. How can we report to them to the police. Is there any police man reading this who can shut their website down? They will say lifetime warranty and onsite repair but they are frauds. Someone please help. This is in bangalore.

I gave two phones to repair
1. Asus zenfone 2 for touch problem on 8th october 2018. I have been charged 1200rs for sim tray change and touch problem and they delivered me on 12th or 13 october, but touch was not working. I called them back and they agreed to pick it again and came on 22nd october 2019. On that day i gave one another phone for repair which is one plus one. They promised to deliver it by 25th october 2018.
Both of my phones was delivered on 31st october 2019 they charged 299rs extra for asus zenfone 2 and rs 2500 for one plus one.

But again asus zenfone was not working and one plus one came with network error that is no network. I called them again and they came to pick it up on 18th november 2018. Then they started creating drama and not giving back. After long conversation they delivered on 4th december 2018 but only asus zenfone 2 which was again not working. I called again they said they will refund the amount for touch after deducting the cost of sim tray.
Although there sim tray cost is rs 500, but here they are charging rs 1200 and said they will refund only rs299. They are saying they will not refund and i can't do anything.
They have not returned my one plus one yet by 6th december although promised for this day. I am calling them but no body is picking up the call. I have been trying to call 4-5 numbers, but they are not picking up my number, if i call from another unknown number then only it is picked up.

I am suffering since last two months, please help me against this fraud company.

I had requested for screen change of iphone 7. They changed the screen. Later i found the screen was not working properly. I requested them to address the issue. After that a technician visited and admitted that there was problem with new screen. He assured me of replacement. Since them i am mailing them continuously but there is no reply. It has been 20 days now and i m struggling with this screen.

Three weeks ago, i got the front panel replaced by buzzmeeh. I raised a request and the technician came the very next day to replace the aforementioned part because they knew they will get paid as soon as they replace it. I was satisfied enough as i haven't had to go anywhere and the issue was resolved.

However, after a couple of hours when the technician left, i noticed that i was having trouble with the touch functionality, the touch was working automatically without my intervention due to which i was experiencing trouble every now and then. Then i raised a request again via email and i was informed that a technician will visit soon. Three weeks have been passed since then and nobody visited so far. I am constantly following up over email and phone but without any success, everytime i receive a response that 'a technician will visit soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience'. Wasn't sure what to do so i googled and reached here. Let's see if this helps.

They use to say that thwy use AAA quality and genuine product. But it is not.. they use cheap and bad quality also do not provide service after 1st time.

I found them on online and asked them to changr folder display of my coolpad note3 lite phone. One of their technician came at my home dwarka and changed my display and told us not to use atleast for 2 hours as he pasted display and also rubbered the screen. And asked us for payment and assured us if it not worked incase then we can call them and they will fix the issue. So we made the payment . However after more than 3 hours we check the phone screen was not responsive at all. So i complained the customer care they asked for vedio . I send them vedio as well and i got email from them that technician will come within 48 hrs. I also get the invoce from them with 3 months warranty. HOwever late night again another email from them denying for everything no warranty and no technician visit. They have written that they can not provide the service and no warranty. They are big cheater and making money from us .. i have also raised complaind against them in consumer helpline and also filling a case in consumer forum.
I just want to inform everyone please do not take service from them they are big cheater.

Sir, i was given my mia1 mobile phone for repair to buzzmeeh online care mobile phone or tablets in noida (A-82, 4th floor. Block-a, sector-63.
Noida. Uttar pradesh. 20130) on 3/09/18. It is a long time ago but the phone did not repair by the company. And not providing any communication to me by service center. I tried many times to service center but they were not provided a proper solution to me always tell me giving time 48 hours. So please check that this matter and solve my issue.

Buzzmeeh had repaired my phone on 26th June 2018 and installed a new touch screen, but the screen even though it has a screen guard which is intact, has cracked near the camera without any physical damage on 7th August 2018.
My Invoice No. : BMINV53355. at the time of repair they said there is a month warranty but
Now, they are talking rudely and are not ready to listen.
i want them to change my touch screen again.

I had called up buzzmeeh for the problem with my ipad mini - unable to power on the device after complete battery discharge.

They mentioned that most likely the battery needs to be replaced. They picked the device with a sla of return after repair by end of next day.

They delivered the device through an agent after 3 days and the agent requested for the service fee. I requested for the replaced battery as there was no other way to check if the battery has been actually replaced or not. And i also requested for the gst invoice for the repair as the device is an asset of my company.

The agent made me speak to one of their executive rahul who clearly stated that they do not return the replaced parts and the gst invoice will be issued after receipt of the payment.

On my insisting that the payment will be made immediately once i receive the replaced battery and the gst invoice, he requested the agent to take back the replaced ipad. I simply apologised for returning my asset.

Instead of arranging for the replaced battery and the gst invoice, the response from mr. Rahul was through a sms below:

"we are unable to serve you in future anymore due to high misbehave with our executive at your place.. We placed you as defaulter customer.. As any case in future i[censored] r misleading us as a new customer with new booking without giving us your detail turn as legal action"

Taken by surprise, i called up the agent who came to deliver the device and apologized if i had been abusive. Now it was his turn to be surprised. He denied me having used any abusive language. For anyone interested, i have the recording of my phone conversation with the delivery agent.

Long story short,
They change my screen to a spoiled screen and my battery too.
One of their mechanics came to my house and told me my device (Screen, etc) was not working and offered to take my phone for a week to fix the screen and home button as my phone was stuck on apple logo (Iphone7).
But within that 1 week they dont pickup calls or inform me about anything and suddenly they said they cant fix it (Their staff member i talk with told me they can fix 100% sure). They lied about delivery time always and they would reject my calls very often. I'm sooo pissed at this fraud unprofessional company. They change my battery and screen with a defect one. They said they did not but its pretty clear that my phone status is never the same as when i gave them. They should be reported and charged with fraud business, their mechanics take good parts from people and replace it with a defect one.
