Buzzmeeh — cheating by buzzmeeh.com on mobile phone which might be used for unlawful activities

It is to bring to your notice that I had contacted a company called ‘Buzzmeeh.com’ where they claim they provide fast & reliable phone repair service with free home pick & drop facility. I had put an enquiry on their website for my iphone and was contacted by Mr. Arjun via mobile no. [protected] to fix an appointment. The executive Mr. Amit (mobile no. [protected]) came and fixed my iphone at my residence.
While the same was being done, I showed him my old RedMi Note mobile (IMEI/Serial No: [protected], Invoice enclosed) which was not in working condition. He informed me of their service and asked me to let him pick the phone for repair and it will be repaired in 48 hours. He charged me Rs.300/- for the same and gave me a bill (enclosed). I waited for 4 days (thinking Sunday was in between) but received no calls. In between I spoke to customer care for iphone repair bill and mentioned RedMi issue for which they said they will check and revert. But nobody contacted me. Today, 5th July 2018 Thursday 10.20 am, I received a call from the rider (Mr. Arvind Kumar mob no. [protected]) saying that he is coming to return the phone. When I asked him what was the issue with the phone, he replied saying he doesn't know about it. He promised to connect me to senior from repair office but no one called.
I called on their customer care no. [protected] and the executive (he refused to give his name) on phone was abusive. He told me (when I called after 5 days of wait) that phone is unresponsive. When I asked him what is the guarantee that no original part of the phone is taken out he replied saying "Chutiya hai kya, bache ho kya? I told him to mind his language as I am recording this conversation to which he said "no problem, ker lo". He disconnected the phone saying "mein apka phone bhi nahi bhej raha huun".
I tried Mr. Amit (the person who picked my phone from home) at his number [protected] and he is not taking my calls.
I lastly called at the person who called me first (Mr. Arjun) on Saturday morning to fix appointment at his number [protected] and while I was explaining him the situation, he disconnected the call and now not picking the same despite multiple tries.

I have the following concerns with the above experience:
(a) In case Buzzmeeh does return the phone:
Their modus-operandi is to take phone to their office on the pretext of ‘repair’ and charge INR 300/- on the spot. Then they simply return the phone without any repair pocketing this money. It might be a scam where they are duping public of money and there is no guarantee that they have not stolen/replaced original parts from the returned phone.

(b) If they DON’T return the phone:
This phone might be used for any unlawful activity directly or by selling in market and cause damage to the nation’s property.

After search on social media, I came across many similar complaints by users. Those are also enclosed and you may see they are running a planned scam of duping people with their money and (in many cases) with their mobile phones. You may see that on twitter on searching @buzzmeeh.

In view of the above, I request you to take action you best deem fit against Buzzmeeh.com.

A polics FIR has already been filed in Jamia Nagar Police Station on 6th July 2018.
