This complaint regarding a one of the doctors who operated me on[protected] at 32 dental care omr, shollingnallur, omr, chennai

Her name is dr. Geetha sridhar, an amateur with approx 2 months experience practicing dentistry. She was allowed to perform the procedure by head of department (32 dental omr) dr. Kb swarupa. Just to notify i'm talking of head of department, who is a november 2019 passout (4 months practice), and who allowed a fellow doctor even younger to her (As stated by her) to perform the extraction surgery (Attached her linkedin profile for reference)

I kept an appointment at 10 am since i was facing severe pain due to the tooth. Dr. Kb swarupa did an x-ray and mentioned the tooth is framed to the bone socket itself, and as stated by them, its a rare scenario (4/10)
Its a matter of medical proficiency, if a certain doctor analysis this situation, he/she should take a wise decision to not let the junior doctor (Geetha sridhar) perform surgery as she is not proficient enough to perform.

Instead the junior doctor gave me injury to lip corners, 2 hours tortured my tooth and was unable to pull the entire tooth and gave a fracture to the tooth instead. This junior comes with a 2 month experience and swarupa comes 4 month experience to be called 32 dental care dental head

Worst ever treatment.in case of dental problems, save yourself from torture and torment from junior novice # doctors

Just to let you know, I previously got tooth extraction by senior surgeon, Dr. Manikandan who did a fabulous job on my left tooth, having the extraction done less than 5 mins with perfect result. Yesterday I kept an appointment at 10 am since i was facing severe pain due to the tooth. I initially showed my apprehension when I saw the Junior Doctor proceed to perform the surgery, but instead stating that Dr. Manikandan is totally packed, she (Dr. KB Swarupa) reassured Dr. Geetha is a surgeon and she is good. How good?? (junior to even her,

32 dental care charge more money and cheating peoples
I went to 32 dental care for past 2 years. I went for cleaning but doctor (Shweta iyer) suggests to had braces. So i was asked the details for braces. She say rs.25000 for metal and rs.50000 for ceramic material in slow process method. I dont know about braces and she explains about braces and extraction.
I had braces initially and after 2 months they suggest to tooth extraction, so i did but i dont know they will charge.
They charged rs.1500 for one tooth extraction and i did it for 4 tooths. I was paid rs.6000 for tooth extraction.
After an year they told that they will do laser, when i asked it will be chargeable and if it is then how much we have to pay. They told they dont know we arrange special doctor for that and we do. While doing the treatment only they say i have to pay rs.15000 and they gave only 2 days time. While informing in phone call also i asked the price but they didnt say anything. Only while treatment they will tell the price.
Parents scold me and i sold my laptop and gave money.
Finally they suggest some membership plans so i chose for future purpose and paid rs.1990 (Plan - elite) and they gave voucher worth rs.1000. After that they told that we have to pay further for retainers (Rs.8000) after the braces was removed. For that only they gave voucher.
They called me and say that braces will be removed in few days.
So i went for braces removal and they removed completely and i decide to leave.
Before leaving they called and ask to make rs.8000 for retainers.
They didnt inform anything in phone call and they gave time to pay for retainers. They charge for cleaning rs.1000 when we are in treatment but if we go only for cleaning means they charge rs.4000 but in other dental care they charge rs.500. Nearly 6 to 8 times costlier than other dental care.
They did cleaning process for few times.

I kindly suggest people to go somewhere.
They say rs.25000 but till now i was paid rs.52090.

Actually i chose only slow process but if i chose fast process and ceramic braces means may be it will ne 1.2 lakh.

Till now i paid rs.52090 but i have to pay rs.8000 further more for retainers.

After 2016 they opened many branches.

If they follow this things then they will open branches for every month also.

My consultant is very genuine and perfect doctor. For him only i like that place. Other than my consultant every other things are very worst.

I told them to provide slippers for rest room before 4 months but till now they didn't.
I wont blame anyone because its shweta iyer's fault she didnt explain these things. As a doctor she have to explain everything but she fails to explain.

Water is the only free thing in dental clinic.
