fraud call in name of insurance verification dept

I have received call from [protected], he said he is from insurance verification dept and he asked me if I have govt insurance policy or private company policy. I asked him why he wants those details and cross questioned him then he said "you will not get any bonus" and cut the phone.
beware of such fraudulent calls....

i have received a call from [protected] informing me that i have LIC bonus amount (dividend amount) Rs. 145310.77 he told me that he is calling from LIC insurance verification department.He asked whether my insurance Agent is giving me any information on Bonus, because there is an amount that i should claim but agent is claiming dividend amount, if i am not claimed agent will claim that amount 40% will go to agent 60% will go to local branch,...

moreover he is caling me everyday which as far as i know a Govt company wont do....
