It, s didar singh chaudhary here this is to inform you that policy number[protected] was taken by me because i was misguided by your hdfc bank employee and i want to cancel this policy and return my money back which was taken by the bank regarding the issuing of respective policy i will be grateful if you will help me and please don't force me to
My policy was on 1st October port from Policy bazaar (Aditya Birla). I was give new for fresh policy bazaar but not response at that time. I already give payment 9, 404/- Rupees then Second time charge for me same amount 9, 404/-.I talk to Aditya Birla customer care but not response.

    Yday (3.12.18) i have received sms msg stating CANCELLATION OF MY POLICY HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND REFUND OF 15370/- WILL GET CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT,

    a) WHY LESS AMOUNT CREDITED THAN MY ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID OF INR 20493/-

    b) THE CANCELLATION I OPTED IS AGAINST FULLY DISSATISFIED SERVICE OF ADITYA BIRLA
    - AS ALL THE POLICY HOLDER NAME / DOB ETC ETC ARE WRONGLY SPEELED AND I HAVE BEEN SEEKING CORRECTION FROM THE DAY ONE I RECEIVED WELCOME KID BY EMAIL ON 5TH NOV
    -BUT NO ACTION TAKEN FROM ADITYA BIRLA WHEN EVER I CALLED I GOT REPLIED THAT IT IS UNDER PROCESS IT TOOK WHOLE ONE MONTH NO PROPER CONFIRMATION ON MY POLICY STATED CORRECTION.
    -ALL THE MISTAKE DONE BY YOUR SIDE AS FOLLOWS AND CATCH POOR CUSTOMER MONEY IS THIS RIGHT?:

    - NO ONE CHECKED THE POLICY BEFORE PRINTING WHETHER NAME / DOB / OTHER INFORMATION ARE CORRECT!!!

    - WITH WRONG INFORMATION DO YOU THINK I CAN CLIAM MY POLICY DUE TO ANY HEALTH PROBLEM FACED INBETWEEN THESE DAYS OF 30DAYS

    - 1 MONTH OF COLLING TIME GOT WASTED NOW I HAVE TO APPLY FRESH POLICY WITH OTHER COMPANY AND TO WAIT AGAIN THE COOLING TIME IS THIS RIGHT FROM BIG COMPANY ADITYA BIRLA

    - ALL THE PROBLEM I HAVE BEEN FACING PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY WITH THE STRESS DID ADITYA CARES?

    - IN TURN PARTIAL AMOUNT IS GETTING REFUNDED IS RIGHT?

    - DO YOU WANT ME TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS TO SUE AND CLAIM THE DIFFERENCE?

    TOTAL DISSATISFACTION AM WRITING THIS MAIL I KNOW YOU WILL NOT RESPOND FOR THIS TOO AS BIG COMPANY NAMED IN THE MARKET

      Hi,

      I have a health insurance from aditya birla. Recently my claim was rejected saying that i had not disclosed i had migraine. I was recently admitted to hospital due to hypertension and i was having migraine headache when i was admitted. But i was not admitted due to it. However they rejected my claim under non-disclosure reason. And to be honest i had disclosed i had migraine but the agent who came to my house for policy verification told me that migraine is not considered as a disease. I tried to follow up and raise complaint but to no result. If anyone has a solution kindly let me know. I plan to cancel my policy after i get all my documents back.

        My claim was declined stating diabetes was not disclosed when policy was bought. Due to typing error of doctors 2018 was written as 2013. Dr. Admitted his error and give it in writing that it's a human error in writing. All relevant documents prove that diabetes was detected in 2018. But aditya birla is not responding promptly to my complaint. I have even raised it to irdai.

        One of your execitiuve has called me and tried to sale your health plans but i told him to share your details on my whats app . he shared and i read it but not satisfied with that so i reject the policy. today i received a call from the same person he again tried to get me in but i totally reject his plan so he just talking valgure words and he was also saying muslim are always do this and all blaaa blaa and blaaa...
        It means Aditya Bilra has no restriction on its employee and aditya birla is allowing him to do this.

        Same on you Aditya Bilra company's owner...:(

          Greetings Team,
          This mail is in reference with the claim requested for Vaibhav Hiranandani hospitalised in Eternal Hospital. After 4 days of hospitalization we came to know that the claim was rejected due to invalid reason.
          I want to inform you that I am not satisfied with the reason of denial because you mentioned non-disclosure of childhood asthma.
          Let me clear you that he is not an asthmatic patient, he suffers breathing issue due to dust and cold only. In biological definition he is not an asthmatic. He gets breathing issue due to dust since childhood. In proposal form also the question asked was that if its a normal cold and fever problem in past than no declaration required.
          In layman language the term given as asthma. But This is not an asthma. We explained the issue to TPA department in eternal hospital and they said you can mail from side and explain them.
          Moreover at the time of issuing policy he passed every test also and we were honest and disclosed everything at the time of issuing policy.
          The issues and problems are very clear to you now.
          Please look into the matter at the earliest.

            Dear team;

            I come to know that you are saying the refund is not possible for - non dissclosure of material facts.

            In this regard i would like to say when the case was sourced we were not asked for any such details, only the sign on for & chq was taken. Our medical test happened in april whereas the policy was sourced & issued in november. While the test had happened i had revealed my sugar level condition, if i had to hide it, i would not have disclosed the same then also as i my sugar test had come normal. My question is why was it not during sourcing the policy, it is totally a process lapse from the sales end. Secondly pls see my medical test report where my saignature (Sarbani sarkar) has been done by somebody else - my sign has been faked there as i had only signed on the pan card copy. I had not raised this point earlier but seing the process lapse from your end i am forced to raise this issue. How can your team fake my sign on the medical report. It is not a case of non - disclosure, it is a case of lapse of information taken from your side. The medical test should have happened before the policy is ssued not after 5 months of the issuance. If the intention was hiding of facts, i would have been hidden it later asw well.

            I have been sending thsi mail continuously with no positive response from your end. If the policy is supposed to be cancelled, the refund needs to be given back as well. If this mail is not taken seriously i am sorry to say i have to escalate the matter to higher ups as many lapse has happened form your end.

              Hi,

              I am Vinay Kumar from Ghaziabad city having mobile no - [protected].I have bought a health insurance policy for myself and applied for annual health check up as this facility was given by the company and I had to done my checkup near by that time due to feeling of some irregularities in my health.

              Finally the appointment was scheduled to be done on the day of 26.05.2018 in a pathology lab located in my city Ghaziabad. All the samples were given properly and I was asked to share the medical report within 3 days through the company gateway portal.

              It will be almost one month going to be passed but I have not received my reports and when I called to the customer care regarding this, they are telling me that there is some issue with their system due to which there is no data showing regarding my tests and appointment.

              I was surprised and lodged a complaint for it on 13.06.2018 vide service request no - CAS-107952X8J9L9 and I was asked to getting the solution within 3 days. I was waiting and re-called them again after 6 days and still they are telling me that the status was same on their system and they can re-forwarding my request once again to their data team only and believe me that this is the first time in my life that I was regretting my decision to opt the Aditya Birla Health insurance.

              It is 19.06.2018 and the team can only forward my request to their another department due to which there is no benefit seems to conduct a health checkup through the company's panel as you will never get your medical report on time so that you could start a better treatment for yourself or your near ones.

              Worst experience ever !!!

                My experience with aditya birla health insurance is very poor (Negative / infinity)

                Today is 17 march 2018, my application was rejected by aditya birla on 15th feb 2018.in last 30 days there is no communication from them regarding my refund of rs 45000.

                No one has the detail for the same.

                From 25th feb i am continuously trying to know about my refund from their so called service center cum drama company.

                The funny thing is that our voice reach to them only when they wish to listen us else we are fool n non existent.

                It is not only about their calling team but the superiors are the same. Mr nagesh???

                Please clear me the status of my refund. If the refund has been done then which date and the account details in which you have transferred the amount.

                I made the payment by credit card but you asked for bank details.

                Anyway, don't know if this site is genuine or is again a eye wash???

                Suggest every body not to choose aditya birla health insurance ever.

                Reasons:

                1. Expensive from all providers : i choose it over all provider of thinking that they must be logical and trust worthy but sorry. Poor than them.

                2. No value to customer - 20 days regular calling but no initiative from their side. Sometime i have spent 3 hours in hope to get the solution. (On hold waiting waiting waiting and waiting followed by either call discontinuation from their side or helo hello am i audible hello hello hello... N call cut.

                3. Play with your sentiments : in initial days of my calling they always assured me to arrange a call back but till date no call has come to me.

                  I took Mediclaim policy of Aditya Birla Health insurance policy on dated 09/02/2018, policy no, :[protected] and membership no:[protected].policy name: Active Health -Platinum Enhanced, I has bad experience as before taking of policy they calling me 3-4 times in a day. They assured as very good service provider in this industry also full Health Checkup and get prompt service from them via Phone and through email also. When I took policy after that called on landlines phone[protected] phone got disconnected also wrote several email but returned every time as message shown “ Rejected or Blocked”. After I inquired Customer care about “Cancellation of Policy” he told me to write email only. On 17/02/2018 I wrote email for Cancellation of the policy after that ONLY I got ref no .CRM -0153965 BUT STILL NOT GET ANY REPLY FOR CANCELLATION. In between one executive called Ms. Krupali Parab, given personal mobile ([protected] ) and said that any time she is reachable, arranged for some medical checkup at wrong address. Then again I tried to contact her but her mobile always switched off. Since that day again again I wrote several email to them for “Cancellation of Policy” the Policy but they are not bother to call or any reply to me. Kindly resolve the my problem. Help me to get back money.

                    I requested my policy is canceled in 19th january 2018. I get a email in 1st february 2018 policy is cancelled and the amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days. Now 8 days finished but still not get my money.

                      The account is in my name sinjini gupta and sachindranath sengupta.
                      I am out of the country since january. I dont have any documents against the amount deducted nor did i sign any papers for any health insurance.
                      Please let me know why was this amount deducted from my account.

                          As i have joined the aditya birla health insurance on 1st june 2017 after joining for 5 days i worked there as ther were no office as they are newly based company they taken office on rent and all joining formalities i have to do on my own on my own expenses as i done almost as i met with an accident on 6 th i got slightly foot injury of which doctor asked me to take rest and also i informed my manager after they asked me to submit my medical as i submitted all medical via mail and also given hard copy to my manager but they refused to take me back by saying that i haven't done anything for the organisation till date, as i resigned from previous organisation too because of joining with them, now i have no idea what to do.
