I have Aditya Birla Sunlife health insurance policy Active health Policy no.[protected] as per policy holder Prashant Shah
I was covid + on 21/06/2020 and discharged on 29/06/20 and had total expenditure of Rs.266127/- in this (Rs.261079/- was during hospitalisation expenses), (Rs.4268/- pre hospitalisation expenses) and (Rs.780/- post).

Dear sir/madam,
I had taken a bsli saral health plan policy on 13/06/2013. I had to pay the premiums for 5 years since there was a lock in period of 5 years. When i was doing my mba (Finance) from lala lajpatrai institute of management i was forced to take this policy as the advisor (Mr ruparel nikesh suresh) told us during internship at birla that to get a certificate all students have to take a policy.
Rs 50300/- was reimbursed...
