My pan number AKUPD8638H has been linked with LIC OF INDIA, VIJayawada Branch even after the termination of my agency in 2015.
I wanted to de link with my PAN with LIC OF INDIA.

Sir/Mam,

My name is Selvam R, I had joined TATA AIG General in April 2019 & LIFE in Sep 2021 both code has been terminated, Due to non fulfilment of minimum business guarantee many time requested them to provide NOC. But they were not given a solution for the same.

Kindly remove my PAN number in IRDA portal details given below.

I haven't doing any business for that company and the agent code is expired. My license validity also expired.

But my pan number looked up in irda portal.
