This is regarding aosmith water filter. We bought it under the impression that we get a good customer servise. But it is entirely wrong. Customer servise is not fast. Everytime when we get a issue, we need to do multiple calls to follow up or enquire. When raised a ticket, the customer servise promises the issue will be cleared in 48 hours, but it does not. After 48 hours, when called again they say again 48 hours. Drinking water is basic...

Ao smith water purifier is expensive and high maintenance no service response, nearly called 100 times to cc won't connect call or get irrelevant response, strongly suggests not to buy maintenance also high and annual maintenance will get new other brands water purifiers .best example for not to believe high cost have high quality worst experience, strongly suggests not to buy...
