This is to bring into light that the company, apx bpo services from maharashtra (As claimed by them) have misguided me with a fake online job and also by taking advantage of my interest to work online for them.

I had approached them on november 30, 2019 and they offered me the opportunity to work on the project which was about filling up 1000 forms in 10 days.

They took soft copies of my aadhar card and my colored...

Dear sir, i am raising this compaint againts the fraud company apx bpo services, like giving new home based job they are giving work of 1000 forms filling online and they told me to you will get per page 18 rupees and accuracy of 90%. When i submitted my work they edited the pages and get report submitted is there 653 correct form only and i want to pay 3400 registration charge, they send me a threataning mail to me to there is legal issue...

I am forced to pay rs.1500/- for cancellation fees. Data to be filled and information given does not match. If i do as they say, my work will be regarded as error. They are forcing me to pay cancellation fees which i am never going to pay. They are trying to get their work for free. Also, there is no signature on my agreement with them. Every agreement needs proper and genuie signature to be valid....

Few days back i received a call from a lady claiming that they are from apx solutions.They offered me a home based data entry job... To fill a form (1000 forms) in 10 days.. They made me sign legal agreement where it was said that if i do the work then 3400 rs will be deducted from my first salary... If i donot meet the deadline or don't maintain 90%accuracy then i have to pay them rs 3400.. If i want to cancel then i have to pay rs 1500br...

Dear sir madam i want to complaint against apx bpo services and adv. Mane and associates office no 9 3rd floor aboveindusan bank, near macocircle, nashik 422 005 whose number is [protected] who are sending me threatening notices and also fake notices that i have to pay rs 3400 and rs 1500 for the notice charges also. My request is to bring the person from apx bpo services and whose number is adv. Mane and associates whose number is [protected]...
