This is very true. these guys are Frauds. Never attend any of the request. Every day you get the reply that they will send person. For last one month I am following up and till now no one came for repair. Simply lost AMC money.

Did you get any update on this complaint? I am also victim of Aquacare.

I called Aquaguard customer care to buy AMC and after a while I got a call back saying if you enquired about AMC and all details were correct as if this company tapped my phone call which I made to Eureka Forbes. Then the technician came and he checked the Aquaguard and said these filters need to be replaced and its covered in AMC. I asked him to ahead. I asked and reconfirmed with him if he is from Eureka Forbes Aquaguard company. He said Yes. When he gave me the receipt, it was from Aqua Care Insurance. When I asked him whats this, he explained that Aquaguard operates their services with Aquacare and we are the one who provide the services.

With in a month i got a problem and i have compiled to them and they took the complaint but no one is attending. Later i got to know that Aquaguard is not doing service over Aquacare. This is the cheating done by Aquacare .

These fraudsters should be sued by Eureka Forbes or legal entity should take some strict action against this fraud company.

This is completely fooling customers.

I have paid 9000/- vai gplay to him to get 2 years EMC. I request consumer team to help me and recover my fee and also make sure that this fraud company should be closed and pusished.

Yes, we are also facing similar problem where Acquaguard are disowning the AMC that we have made. But, the people from Acquacare are not providing proper service. If they solve one issue they create new issues and they will not turn up again to fix the fresh issues.

These guys kept calling me for aqua guard servicing since a month and they never turned up even after confirming the appointment, day before yesterday i.e. On 2nd June 2016, one guy by name Rajesh and his associate came to service after several follow ups, I had an issue with my aqua guard magnetron RO+UV, the green light was blinking instead of blue and it was leaking at the bottom. The guy said the candles have gone and he said it will charge 4300 to replace all, I agreed and then he started saying there is an AMC 2 years and if I take that, the present service charges and quarterly service for 2 years and change of candles again after one year will be included. I took that and after servicing still the green light was blinking and leak started, I called this guy 3 times yesterday he said he will come and check but never returned, also there 24/7 customer care is fake, I just stopped my cheque payment since my issue is not resolved infact the machine itself has stopped working now. The company seems to be a fraud, even after seeing the reviews I checked with that service guy many times and he said "trust me I will always be available on a call" he is not at all bothered even after calling thrice. If they want the money let them resolve my issue completely otherwise I'm not going to pay, my entire system is shut down now and I'm forced to drink and use bore well water

Please do not buy this product at all. No original products are replaced, no end to end coverage for your aquaguard products

Its a fraud company.. Please do not buy AMC.. Sub standard accessories, service guys do not know anything .. When I call the customer care they reply very carelessly and the manager is not able to handle his team.:) .. Totally unsatisfied from them..

Yes it' true. it's a fraud company and what they are using all duplicate products ( filters and spare parts etc..). i wasted my money around 9000 rupees ( for 2 years maintenance).Worst part is all the customer care people don't know, how to talk with customers. Almost i spend more than 2000 rupees after i took AMC from this fraud people.

I have taken insurance from Oriental insurance company for aqua guard its stopped working after 3 months of servicing and I have been calling up to this number :[protected] from past 5 days. And the person at the customer care whose attending the call has been repeatedly telling I will send the technician but I really doubt what these people are doing. Fraud people robbing hard earned money. There should be an option to give ZERO star.

Even I am one of the aggrieved parties. I am going to consumer court. We need to teach a big lesson to these guys.

These guys are now threatening of sending notice for stopping the payment, I got a call today and the lady to whom says I have to pay for the fake spares they had installed. I will also go to consumer court if they try to harass me or my family. They are so cheap, first of all they installed fake filters and on top of that the are demanding money for that.

exactly similar issue happened with us this week.
The technician damaged my aquaguard, on further complain they said it is their responsibility to fix this issue.

1st March till 4th March 2017: through help line number, we have spoken to many customer care persons named Swati (Mobile :[protected]), Subham(Mobile : [protected]), Nagarjuna /Uday Kumar Anand (Mobile :[protected]) . There is no solution till today. However on 4th March 2017; they said, it is not responsibility of the company to fix it. We may go to file consumer court case or police case. Nobody ( including Police/ consumer court/ CEO of the company) can do nothing to them.

Hi, I have aqua care insurance since 4 yrs . Recently pipe broken down. I have taken 3years free service option also

I have raised many complaints since 2months.

Neither the service engineer came in nor the call center people are responding properly after their 2visits. They are just mentioning that the complaint will be escalated but nothing happens.

So, I advise, pls avoid this and go ahead something else.

Approached them for service on 18.03.2017. The first technician came on the next day replaced the candles and left with our clearing all the complaints. They sent a technician after so may calls from my side, the second person came and said that some sensor problem, he promised come back next day as he was not having the spare sensor with him. Since he didn't turn up I called again the customer care toll free number, they sent the 3rd technician after two days. He came and opened the system cut many wires today(24.03.2017) and left saying that he will come after two days. I feel he has damaged the water purifier.

This company Aquacare is big fraud. I bough a water purifier from Good water for good life a private company and they provide service to their customer and no other party is involved. Few months back I received call from Aquacare and told me service is due. I confirmed I have not bought insurance from them nor purchased any purifier from them. Last week I got call again and they insisted I get the service done as the last service was done 6 months back. I was held up in my busy schedule did not concentrate much on what they told and confirmed appointment to get the water purifier service done. Today a person called me and told he is from Aquacare and he asked for address. Now I got to know something is fishy. I called the vendor from whom I bought the purifier and asked if they are sending anyone for servicing. The answer was shocking, Aquacare is a fraud company, they collect customer name and number and call them to offer service. Their person will come and tamper materials in purifier. Take out original materials from purifier and fix duplicate items to it. Common man will not know what is wrong with the purifier and ultimately pay the service person and think everything is fine. If you get call from this fake company verify properly. I called the toll free number, and explained whole story to customer care executive. She got offended and told me I have registered the number with them. Now I am not mad or Psyched to take service from such loser's. Be careful if you get calls from such fake company. After all it consumer's hard earned money.

Hi this aqua care Ion Exasense have murdered people on the pretext of selling products. He was about to murder some people in my locality and people finally thrashed them. The office is closed now

Even after telling them I have not purchased anything from them, they called me again. This time I gave the executive left right and centre. I questioned her I don't have any connection with your company how did you get my number and address? And how do you know exactly its been 6 months and service is due. She started blabbering. I warned her to delete my details from the database and one more I get call from them I will sue them for fraud.

Has anyone been able to bring them to book yet? I am asking because I am going through the similar ordeal, as everybody else here, of getting them to fix my Kent Ro despite having paid the annual maintenance cost!!

I read couple of posts above that indicated dragging these fraudsters to consumer court to hold them accountable for this daylight loot.

I myself am considering of filing a consumer complaint. If anyone has been able to get justice from the consumer court or through any other legal means, please post your experience. It will help a lot of people like me who are being cheated and are looking around to seek justice.

I agree 100% to the feedback given above. This is a fraud company and I got tricked into taking their AMC service. My original AMC was with Eureka Forbes and it was due for renewal in Aug 2016. These people called me around the same time and since they had a similar name Aquacare we did not give it much thought and took up the AMC. By the time we realised it was a different company it was too late. The problems with my water purifier started within 3 months of taking their service. The water pump got damaged and it had to be replaced. The RO purifier they use is not Aquaguard original its a substandard product and the taste of water started to differ. In 6 months I had to call them 5 - 6 times everytime for a different issue. Finally after 6 months I realized it was a waste of my time and energy trying to deal with them and took up a new AMC with Eureka Forbes.

Please don't fall into their trap !!!

same experience!! During Diwali festival, terrible time during the days we need less stress..needless to say there is no 24hr helpline responce..beginning they said some one will come in 24 hrs...then it was 48 hrs... they stopped taking my calls! BIG FRAUD COMPANY

I totally agree with the above comments it's 100% fraud company. I had a problem with the acqua guard n changed the filters again it was not working n the technician harish told the adapter to be changed after several follow ups from September 29th till date there s no clue. He has taken the adapter too along with him. Acqua guard people say it's totally different acqua care is different n hard earned money also went for a six by taking AMC. Altogether requests to take steps to people falling prey to these types of companies

Eureka forbes customer data they are snooping in. Eureka forbes must take some action and find out how they are getting customer details. It's Eureka forbes fault who is leaking their customer data.

Worst service providers.they called me to remind that my Aquaguard service us pending and would i like to avail the service. Co incidentally I had to replace my filter and hence the technician came to my house to replace the filter They actually claim that they are installing eureka Forbes filter where as they replaced my old filter with duplicate filter. After the technician left the filter started leaking and overflowing.
I tried to call these people but they did not respond. Finally I called eureka Forbes person. Eureka Forbes technician came home to check the problem. It was then I got to know that it was a duplicate filter.

Finally after the repeated calla a technician was sent home to stop overflow of the tank. But they did not replace the filter. There tch team head Mr. Vinod is a very arrogant, ignorant and negligent person with very bad manners. There call centre representatives are even worse.

Please do not go to these people they are big cheats.

What a useless company and the people at the sales are worst and illiterate.
Never ever call this water frauds.
A big shame for the owners that even after so many complaints, they are still in process.
