Hi, we have taken AMC for our aqua guard [eureka forbes] during this year august(02/08/21).There is a problem with the water pipe now and we called them .But no body is responding.Today I tried calling Eureka Forbes and found that this Aquare is FAKE Company.But when they came for AMC the claimed us that they are from eureka Forbes only, have taken the franchise and they have all our details including model name, phone number and the name of the person.
My question is how come these fake people getting the details of eureka Forbes customers details.
People are getting fooled because of the information given by them.
So please consider this as complaint for both Aqua care as well as for the Eureka Forbes.

Aquacare Ion Exacense is just a bunch of cheats and SCAMSTERS.I
I took a two year AMC for my water purifier, no service provided, no response to phone calls, no one picks up the phone. They are fake company and just cheating public.

Aquacare ion exacense are just a bunch of cheats and liars. They took fees for 2 year amc, no service provided, no response to phone calls. No one picks up phone.

I had taken AMC with the above company for my Aquaguard Water Purifier. AMC taken in February of 2020, and servicing to be done every 4 months and valie till February 2022. In 2021 no servicing done, and calling the complaints no response, no one answers. Feel completely cheated.

We got talked into buying a have a two year AMC. Customer number - 58013. Our Reviva Water purifier has been leaking.
We called the service center with helpine [protected] and no one comes. the call center persons keep assuring they will send but for days together no one turns up.

today was the third day we are sitting at home with a leaky waterpurifier and two year useless AMC. ANd we are forced to buy water from outside.

Ion exacense, who had visited home telling that he is from aquaguard. I paid rs 8550 towards amc for 2 years. According to amc, they were supposed to provide service, once in 4 months. But it was not done. I called and asked them to do the service and the next service but they didn't send any one and the 2nd service was on 11.6.2020. Later no one turned up for service. When i called, i was told that the service center is nearby and they will send. Repeated calls to their 24 hrs help line has only elicited false promises of service within next 48 hrs but in reality nothing has happened. When a complaint was booked, there was no confirmation message from their side. Aquacare is fooling several customers like me, telling that they are from aquaguard. Please let me know as to get back my money and also how to prevent them from fooling people

Aquacare. Ion exacense. Acting as an reprsentative of eureka forbes. Took an amc. For which they do not provide any service. When we call th helpline the person says she will send the executive the same day. But no body turns up. This has been continuing for few days now. I took th amc in december. Nd in june this month their appears a leakage in the machine so i have been calling them up.. But of no use.. Please help

First, they misled us by saying they are from eureka forbes and selling us the amc and next after one-month water filter failed and lodged a complaint by toll-free but nobody resolves the issue. After that on going through the eureka forbes, their technicians indicated that these filters are not original.

Provided duplicate filters further caused the entire motor to get damaged.
After raising so many complaints to fix the motor we didn't get any technical support
.
Even after raising multiple complaints to fix the motor, every time we got the same reply that the technician will be calling and never got the technician call or any support.

This company is number one cheater. Please avoid this company and make others aware as well
