Arete global is a fraud company who claims eoh but is it not a part of eoh.

They dont have small office at all and claim they have setup at every city in saudi arabia. The company is very unprofessional which is controlled by 3/4 people and give all false promises when they need consultants to be placed.

They have all cheap clients and if their clients delayed the payment, the company don't pay the salary to the consultants. They said all the expenses will be bear by the company but never paid to the consultants.

If the client gives any single complaint about the consultant they will send them to india without paying their salaries atleast.

All the project managers are fake experienced people who is managing here without having technical knowledge.

Please do not get trapped into accepting this company's job offer. They have eloquent speaking people who fool you into joining the comapny and then that's it. They make sure they get more than enough from you even if you sleep eat drink or not. They don't give a damn value to your family life[ infact most of their employees's families left their husbands and went back to home country ]

They cut around[protected] per month from your salary leaving you with aeagre amount in hand. If you try to enquire about it they give you sweet talks and you end up getting nothing.

Please do not join this company. You gain nothing but lose so much. You lose your salary, family, peace of mind, and your health.

Arete Global is a Fake Company which is being claimed as a big company associated as Gold Partner with SAP. It has a very small office which can only accommodate 10 people in office but says it has many clients which is not true. They will recruit people from India and Pakistan saying they base location as Riyadh and Permanent roll. But they will use the recruited people for 1 to 2 months and then saying some performance issue/background issue and will relieve them because of the work completion. Also they have a strategy of sending people to home country for Re stamping of Visa without giving salary and will never be called back to office. Also they will not respond to the people who are in their home countries. Company runs on only one person who will act as Hitler i.e. he will treat the employees like slaves or cheaper than that.

It is matter of great concern that Arete Global (www.arete-global.com) traps prospects from countries like Pakistan, India, Egypt & Syria promising them a great career and dumps them at client locations. The management team based in Riyadh are ruthlessly squeeze and cheat clients that this company is value based company. My advise is don't get trapped and get demoralised as initial carrot and suave trap laid by their HR, Rahul Sinha ( this guy claims he is an SAP HR as expected...). The company is driven by Sikander who does the sales and will drive the project from behind squeezing the clients with sub-standard delivery and ensuring they cough up the milestone payments. All implementations have been screwed-up and clients have been SAPed. Another great guy who administers the office, Abu Naja, is like money minded and really troubles the consultants like a pimp.He tells stories and cheats the consultants by filling his pockets. Hats-off to these three musketeers as they have been fooling not only the clients but also the SAP consultant community. The other scenario is that when they lose a project they will sack the consultant claiming they have found some issue in the background check...can you believe this?? حظا موفقا
