I purchase a new invertor or battery of company arise on 12-05-15. As company promise me that they providing 18 months warranty of battery but now when i started noticing problem in my battery i complaint there engineer visit and told me that battery needs replacement. Then after some days i receive a call that arise issue a new battery which i have to receive from the same dealer (aggarwal store) when i visit the dealer...

My arise geyser model ASWH-15/2012 is not working. It has leakage and has got shorted. I had called customers care several times but no one is picking up. and today i foudn the complaint closed in their side without resolving the issue Compliant id is UP[protected]...
