Aroma Magic Complaints & Reviews

I called them like 15 times also whatsapp them daily almost. Also drop them mails also. I have all the proofs. The lady does not bother to pick up the call. She read all my whatsapp messages but did not respond. I asked why she is not responding she said i was travelling and i have many CUSTOMERs like you. So i said let me drop your brand right away she said your choice but i have many works to do. She talks very rudely and arrogantly and if you have recording please listen to the way she was talking to me.

I have been following up from the last week but she has so much of attitude like she doesnot give a ### for any of the CUSTOMER i guess.

Aroma says my product delivered 5 sep but I don't receive any product I complaint to aroma magic but they don't take action about this

I went for a hair spa on monday 28/03/2016 to blossom kochar, aromamagic, c-scheme, jaipur in the morning. I was probably the first client that day. The guy (Short-heighted and round face) who was massaging my hair in the room had no sense of my privacy. After he turned the lights off in the room where there was nobody else he began applying the hair mask as usual but i was totally shocked in the midst of his massaging. He put his hands inside my shirt at the back and was massaging my shoulders and gradually went lower. I had to ask him to stop it. I was embarrassed and didnt complain about him there but i have to do so anonymously now as i demand an action. I know this kind of treatment is not the norm during hair spas and this is clearly an abuse. I've even sent this complaint to them through a form on their website and also via email but there has been no reply. Looks like they don't care, it's people and organnizations like these that make india a miserable place.

I bought this Night cream from one of the 'Breauty care' stores located in Chembur Colony- 400074... I made it very clear to the staff of Aroma Magic that all the products that you show me should be strictly oil-free(not that I have an oily skin but because of the weather in Mumbai, I prefer oil-free products)... She suggested me this night cream as I was looking to add a night cream in my regime.
I followed the instruction well, in the 1st application itself I didn't like it as it was so damn oily, sticky & sweaty... I reported it to the staf she said you should massage properly n the cream will absorb in the skin... It didn't help a bit...
Still I used it for 2-3 days as it claims intense moisturisation with anti-ageing qualities... in few days I started getting pimples on my face :( ....I took it to the staff again & she said she cannot do anything about it..... Its been 3-4 days, I stopped using the cream & have a clear skin now......
If this cream stays with me & I don't get a replacement, I would never ever use Aroma Magic products again ...... :P
