I got damaged and used product with no tags

I order the product on nnnow and my brother recieved it with flipkart packing on 2/november/2023 with order id Cb5bab201 and the product is an used piece and damaged and there is no price tags too regarding this i mailed [protected]@nnnow.com first they asked me to send more pictures after that they asked me to share the price tags and brand tags which i didn't receivd it's being a week still there is no progress when ever i or my brother used to call the customer care they are giving like robotic answers like wait for your reward it will take 24 to 48 hours.

payments not received for our products

We as a a vendor for Arvind group, supply them marketing materials. They have taken a delivery of products in the month of Dec 2019 and payment is not done since then. We sent them invoice and PO is released and since then, we were following up and no one is picking our calls, neither responding to our mails. They are trying to escape by not paying us the bills. Kindly help us to get our payments

I am complaining about incorrect product delivery/incomplete order/inefficient service

I had placed an order of the following products online with www.nnnow.com which is under arvind lifestyle brands ltd:
2 pairs of shoes - received only one
2 sweater - received both
1 full sleeve sweater - received.
Received one track pant which i never ordered.
All the above items were supposed to be delivered by 13th january 2019
I spoke to the customer care and also emailed them the details with pictures of wrong order. But there has been no response from anyone of them. Instead i called and spoke to them about 5 times and sent them about 4 emails.
In one of the calls they told me that they will initiate a pick up of the wrong order delivered... But even that has not been done. It is almost a month but no response.
I called the customer care number today again but the number is not being answered.
It is such a harassment.
Please look into this matter.
