On 10.12.2015 at 3.pm, in Howly town, barpeta district my incident was ocvured..the place of incident is 200'meter from Howly ps, 40 meter from the traffic police doing duty, the place is south side of Howly Hunuman Mandir, the road Howly_Jaypur. I was withdraw rs.3lac from Howly uco bank, I was kept Rs.2lacs in bag in my car...they theft my bag with money...after that I want to Howly ps lodge complain to catch the theft to recover my money...police came after 1 hours of the incident...their activities was not satisfactory...just like it is a regular happen incident..alas...Howly ps...after that we search our self...in our tried we found some video fotage of the theft...show it to SP sir barpeta on 16.12.15 SP sir recall me on 24.12.2015 n instructed Howly ps to catch the theft on the first day of SP sir meet...on second day of SP sir meet...SP Sir again instruct Howly ps to take action and instructed me to meet howly OC...I meet howly OC in the same day...with a good expection that we get a good result...but after meeting oc ...I knew that till that he have not collect the video fotage not get any information of the theft...he show me a photo of theft of a incident occurred on 25.4.15 at howly sbi, stollen rs.5 lacs...the same theft which stollen my money...OC told that thay are charching that theft...not not found...after my kind request they have collect the video footage at that day on 24.12.15...now my question...1. How this incident is occurred near police station and on duty traffic police???? 2. After complain to OC, howly...why he was mot come the see the incident on 10.12.15 ????? 3. Why howly police is not action after FIR????? 4. why take a long time by the police to collect video footage?????? 5. Why nor police publish the photos of the thefts??? 6. If police searching to that theft how he able to re-theft????????? We expect your kind co-operatio..

दिनाक 01/09/2015 से पहले मुझे मेरी संस्था के कुछ लोगो ने बताया
गुवाहाटी के दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन में पांच जुलाई 2015 को एक महिला को पुलिस ने बेवजह अरेस्ट किया था और उस महिला को दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन में पुलिस वालो ने टॉर्चेर किया और उन पुलिस वालो ने उस महिला के साथ में बलात्कार करने की कोशिश की जिसकी वजह से उस महिला ने बाथरूम में जा कर 5 जुलाई 2015 समय रात के 10.30 पर उस महिला ने आतम हत्या कर ली थी
जैसे ही मुझे यह खबर पता लगी वैसे ही मैंने गुवाहाटी जाने का फैसला लिया
में और मेरी सहयोगी जिसका नाम ममता दीक्षित है और मेरा चचेरा भाई जिसका नाम maninder kumar sahni है हम तीनो लोग
दिनाक 08/09/2015 को गुवाहाटी के लिए रवाना हो गए
दिनाक 08/09/2015 को टाइम 4 बजे हम तीनो लोग गुवाहाटी के दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन पहुंचे
में वंहा बहुत पुलिस वालो से मिली और उस केश के बारे में डिस्कस की लेकिन सभी पुलिस वालो ने सही से जबाब नहीं दिया फिर में वापस मेरे होटल चली गयी.

को में और मेरा चचेरा भाई जिसका नाम maninder kumar sahni उर्फ़ ranveer singh और save the women की उत्तेर प्रदेश की अध्यक्ष जिनका नाम mamta dixit है
समह सुबह के 11 AM रहे थे
हम तीनो दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन जा रहे थे रास्ते में हमने एक कूरियर कंपनी में कूरियर करना था उस कंपनी के ऑफिस में गये जो की क्रिशचन बस्ती में पड़ता था वंहा हमें उस कंपनी का कर्मचारी मिला जिसका नाम राजा खान था उस को हमने एक पैकेट दिया कूरियर करने के लिए दिया जब वह हमें कूरियर की रसीद दे रहा था उसी टाइम दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन की बहुत सारी पुलिस आ गयी
उन पुलिस वालो ने हमें बेवजह अरेस्ट कर लिया हमने पूछा हमें किसी लिए अरेस्ट किया है तो कहने लगे आप तीनो दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन चलो वंही बताएँगे
हमें वंहा से धक्के मार कर दो किलो मीटर तक पैदल चलाया और सभी पुलिस वाले हमें गाली गलोच करने गले फिर उसके बाद हमें पुलिस की गाडी में बैठाया और हमारे सभी फोन छीन लिए ताकि हम किसी ऊपर के पुलिस वालो से बात चीत ना करे और हमसे तीनो से गाली गलोच करने लगे कुछ देर बाद हमें वो दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन ले गए और उन पुलिस वोलो ने मिडिया को भी बुलाया हुआ था जिसकी वजह से हमारी मिडिया के कई चैनल में तस्वीर दिखाई और वो भी साफ साफ चेहरे जबकि महिला का चेहरा मिडिया दिखा नहीं सकता
वंहा हम दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन के कई अधकारियो से मिले जो वंहा डयूटी पर थे उन सब से मिले उसने हम पूछते रहे की हमें किस लिए अरेस्ट किया लेकिन उन्होंने हमें कहा की ए सी पी Suprotiv Lal Baruah और गुवहाटी के कमिश्नर मुकेश अग्रवाल के आर्डर है आप को अरेस्ट करने के इस लिए हमने आप को अरेस्ट किया है
फिर हम को पांच से सात घंटे पुलिस स्टेसन में बैठाये रखा उस के बाद दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन के ए सी पी जिसका नाम Suprotiv Lal Baruah वंहा आया और अपने केबिन में चला गया फिर कुछ देर बाद हमने बोला हमें जाने दो तो पुलिस वालो ने बोला नहीं जाना अभी तो तुम लोगो जेल की हवा खानी है
फिर कुछ देर बाद हमें ए सी पी जिसका नाम Suprotiv Lal Baruah के केबिन में बुलाया और
मै और मेरा भाई maninder kumar sahani और मेरी सहयोगी ममता दीक्षित और ए सी पी जिसका नाम Suprotiv Lal Baruah और एक पुलिस वाला भी वंहा उस केबिन में था
ए सी पी जिसका नाम Suprotiv Lal Baruah ने हमसे छेड़ छाड़ की और गन्दी गन्दी गालिया भी दि और हमसे खाली पेपर पर सिग्नेचर भी करवा लिया और हमें जाते हुए पुलिस स्टेसन में बाकि पुलिस वालो ने वंही बेठ्या रखा
लेकिन मेरे भाई को ए सी पी जिसका नाम Suprotiv Lal बरुआह ने पुलिस स्टेसन में ही मारने लगे और पीटने लगे और हमें बाथरूम में भी नहीं जाने दिया हमें सुबह से थाने में ही बैठाये रखा हमें पानी तक नहीं दिया मेरे भाई को उन पुलिस वालो ने बहुत मारा उसका हाथ में फैक्चर आ गया हम रोते रहे हमारे भाई को छोड़ दो तो बोले तुम को आज बताते है की पुलिस वाले गुंडा गर्दी कैसे करते है
अब नहीं छोड़ेंगे इस के ऊपर बहुत सारे केस लगाएंगे और इसे जेल भेजेंगे
ए सी पी जिसका नाम Suprotiv Lal बरुआह और उसकी टीम ने कहा की यदि आप इस मनिदर सिंह साहनी को छुड़वाना चाहती हो तो हमें 10 लाख रूपये दो नहीं तो हम इस को आज ही जेल भेजेंगे केस बनाने तो हमें आते है सरकार ने हमें केश बनाने की पावर दी है हम लोग किसी को भी जेल भेज सकते है और किसी का भी एनकाउंटर कर सकते है
हमारी कलम चलती है हम जो लिख दे जज भी हमारी लिखी गए कलम को मानता है
फिर हम डर गए
फिर रात के लगभग 8 बजे मुझे और मेरी सहयोगी ममता दीक्षित को छोड़ दिया फिर रात के लगभग 9 बज गए थे फिर हम दोनों होटल आ गए थे
हमने सभी पुलिस वालो से सहायता मांगी लेकिन किसी ने भी हमारी नहीं सुनी हमने गुवहाटी पुलिस कमिसनर के ऑफिस में कॉल की लेकिन उन्होंने जबाब नहीं दिया फिर हमने कमिसनर के फोन पर SMS और कॉल की लेकिन वंहा से भी कोई भी जबाब नहीं आया
दिनाक 09/09/015 को हम सुबह लगभग 10 से 11 बजे के बीच हम डीसीपी ऑफिस Patrick Ranghang, Addl. Deputy Commissioner of Police(S), Dispur Capital Complex
पहुंचे लेकिन हमें वंहा के पुलिस वालो ने मिलने नहीं दिया उसके बाद हमने वंहा पर Ananda Ram Baruah Road, Pan Bazaar, Guwahati, Assam गए लेकिन हमें वंहा के पुलिस वालो ने हमें उनसे से मिलने नहीं दिया
उसके बाद हम ने 100 नमबर पर फोन किया वो भी 5 या 6 बार लेकिन किसी ने भी हमारी सहायता नहीं की
उसके बाद हम होटल चले गए
वंहा कई लोगो ने हमें बताया की दिसपुर पुलिस स्टेसन के सभी पुलिस वालो ने मिल कर आप लोगो के साथ में षड्यंत्र रचा था
जिन लोगो ने हमारे साथ में अपराध किया है उन लोगो के खिलाफ कड़ी से कड़ी क़ानूनी कार्यवाही करे और उन्हें सजा दिलाये और हमें इंसाफ दिलाये

I took an office on behalf of the company on 7th april’15 at guwahati.The office adress of guwahati is house no 16, nilamani phukan path, christian basti, opp pibco hero work shop, 2nd floor, guwahati - 781005.

I hired kaushik sharma - arsm, on monthly salary of rs. 80000 / - pm with an job responsiblity of franchise sales, operation, business developement & franchise relation, akshyay sharma - asm on monthly salary of rs. 50000 / - pm& pankaj barman - csm / admin rupees rs. 10000 / - pm through recruitment advertisement interviewd by our hr - guwahati.These three started looting the company through different ways by placing false bill, etc.

I have given pankaj rs. 17000 / - for trade lisence in the month of may but he didn’t done the same neither returned.Since, starting everything was running well but, on 15th may’15 akshyay& kaushik both entered in my cabin stating that the company has to reimburse local goon demands for smooth run of the company.

I told them you being from an well to do families how can you people can know regarding these goons, they told that they about these as because they are localised & much aware about such things & it was an regular discussion apart from the actual job responsiblities of them, in the meantime the reality was in front of me i. E. On 19th may’15 a group of goons in volume of 15 inhead count stepped in side cabin & detained me & unwantedly started questioning me with un lawfull questions with filthy languages, i tried my lable best to convince them but the were not in a posistion to understand me &being these staffs in office i was completely alone dealing with them, again they were with 4 to 5 small arms also in which i remember one person he identified himself as that he is prakash bora - the secratary of –peoples welfare forum, hatigaon.This bora was also claiming that we are doing good volume of business & was being informed by some staffs of our company. Here, for doing & smooth running of the business they demand rs. 10 lacs per month, otherwise they will not let our company to run the business smoothly.

Then onwards it was a regular intervention of prakash bora creating disturbance & setting an un healthy circumstances in side the office, likewise on 29 th may’15 he ranged me up & told me that i should leave guwahati before 31st may’15 otherwise my wife will become widow, so, i kept shut & engaged me in my job responsiblities. On 31st may’15 (Sunday) i went to meet an client along with one of my staff, thi bora along with his team catch hold of me & without any reason started physical torture on to me & i became senseless & was being hospitalised from 31stmay’15 till 8th june’15, it seems that he targeted to murder me in connection to that phone call. The provement of such is attached to this letter regarding the threat to murder, whats app, & phone call recordings.

Taking all such pain & pressure i again started of going to the office frightend in every moment.In reference to as per todays record on 27th july’15 these three staff’s of our company pankaj, akshyay & kaushik has lodged a complain agaist the company in front of dcp & kaushik put down his paper in the companyon 28th july’15 & on 3rd aug’15 again kaushik came along with his team claiming that the company has to get closed from here without any reason & i had to return the entire franchise amount by that day.
On 6th aug’15 i received a letter through speed post from prakash bora that i had to close the office & to leave assam.Every time this prakash bora was claiming that he has got a very good administrative tie up with some administrative peoples along with these three staffs of mine, so he can do anything on me.

In the mean time i received a call from my house that my son is seriously ill, so i planned to come down to kolkata as the matter was serious, so on 12th august’15 i flewed to kolkata hading over the office on 11th may’15 to pankaj & akshyay for taking care of the office as well as the business.


I do humbly request you to take a strict legal action against them and seeking justice for myself and for my company.
