I made a purchase from AVAST of Rs. 1398. money got deducted but but they should payment unsuccessful. and the software was also not activated.

I purchased a product Avast Premium Security on 31/5/2021.I paid an amount of rupees 1548 in two times through CCAMOTO. But I got a message that" the payment failed, so as to continue the same payment method or try any other payment method to purchase the product". But my money (Rs.3096) debited from my SBI account. Also I didn't get any activation code of the software.So kindly take a necessary action to refund my amount as soon as possible.br...

Money is deducted from my account while buying online avast antivirus but antivirus key is not given.
10 days passed since money deduction but i have not received my money back.
pl help to recover the money.
