Please see attached picture showing poor quality cigarettes which we purchased this week in a co op store in derby. Hi I purchased a pack of 30s of Benson & hedges smooth and not for the first time received several defective cigarettes with the rap that covers the filter on a substantial angle and doesn't seal at all intact because of the large angle the cigarette tends to unravel exposing the filter ... I have several pictures for proof if needed ! The cost of cigarettes these days are nothing short of ridiculous so when purchasing you would like them...
