It's a fake matrimonial. They have provided all fake numbers and all fake profiles of brides. After 3000/- payment they are not receiving my calls and even no response for any msgs. Even contact details of all the brides are also wrong. Fraud company. After registration i called them many times on the number where they said they will give me profiles but not received any response.

This is fraud company, shows fake profile and create fake situation. They show fake people as mother/fathers of groom/bride, fake groom/bride and take money from people. I end up paying 4000 to them when they created completely fake situation and fake family. After i transferred money the family & matrimonial agents both disappeared.

She said very confidently that our contact details collected from group of matrimony she is operating from their. She arranged conference call with mrs. Sawant(Brides mother) with my father and said 1st you transfer online rs. 2000 and registered yourself so we can arrange the meeting for coming sunday. I had transfered rs. 2000 and but recd not contact number of brides, I regular calling but not responce in call, I call another number [protected] but no responce

This is a fraud matrimony site. Please be aware don't trust on this Best Partner Matrimony Site. I got call from miss Priya Shinde from Nagpur( Mob no [protected]) She sent me one profile of Miss Baviskar and to know contact details of Mr.Baviskar she asked me to do payment of Rs.1000/- by way of credit to a/c no. [protected] of Best Partner Services Centre with State Bank of India, Khamla Br(Nagpur). I credited Rs.1000/- accordingly on 02.01.2019. After payment she had promised me to give contact details of Brides.But after receiving payment miss Priya stopped answering my calls.I also tried to call her from other numbers but she never responded.I also called & sent text messages to their Customer Care Mob no.[protected] (purportedly to be at Chattisgad).The lady there said she will enquire but till date there is no response. Til date I tried these numbers several times but now no one is answering calls.It seems this is a fake Site.They have committed Fraud upon all o[censored]s. We should all unite and take some action /remedial measures against this site and the persons behind it.

My mother received a call from this SO Called matrimonial website and asked to pay a membership amount of 4, 000 on 21st December, 2018. They told to hurry and do the transaction fast stating that there is one proposal awaiting to meet me and the banks will be closed for next 4 days. As we were in hurry to go for the function, did not inquire much about this website and paid the amount. However, after that did not get any details about this proposal and were left with no choice but to ask them. They did not pick up the call for several times and when picked up renewed the account which is useless and of no work. I want refund of this 4, 000 and surety that my information is not getting used for any fraud.

I am rajesh who got call on 26 nov, 2018 from dhanbad matrimony. Her name was khushi (Her contact no:[protected]) from dhanbad matrimony. She called and requested for my whatsp no to send some profiles. I gave her mt whatsp no and she sent me few profiles. Next day she said that my profile was liked by one of the shared profiles. It looked me good and said ok. Then she had a conference call with girl ' s father (I think he was her own boss). Then she requested for money for exchanging contact no so that meeting will be done. I transferred 2500 to best partner a/c no:[protected]. I tried many times on contact no provided by her but i did not get any response. But suddenly after two days i found out that it was her own colleague'contact no and the girl' s profile which was provided by her (Khushi from matrimony dhanbad) was completely fake. Later she never responded to my calls and not answered on whatsp. Infact meeting date was also confirmed and i called my family member for meeting and suddenly came to know that everything was fake. Myself Shivani, I got call from "Best Partner Matrimony" few days back by name 'Pranali' that they have a inquiry for our profile saying that opposite family is showing interest in our profile.(Even though we have never contacted this matrimony site before her call) so she told me to deposit Rs. 4000/- after that they will provide me the contact of the opposite family. After depositing money Pranali shared me the contact number of the opposite party and i tried that number so many times but i have not received any single response neither from Pranali nor from that interested party. Even I had words with her seniors also but they also ignored this. And also not answered my calls.
So, it is very cheap thing how they are behaving with their customer only for money. Till date Pranali has not reverted me with any single matching profiles.
Please be aware of these matrimony don't entertain these people.They are very unprofessional. Its a worst matrimony site.

On 26/10/18 mahi got a conference call of me & neha family.

I got a random BIO DATA from MAHI on 25/10/18 of a girl NEHA GOVEKAR,
on 26/10/18 MAHI got a conference call of me & NEHA FAMILY.
AND told us i[censored] need to exchange your contact numbers u have to pay 3000 as our
registration fees which I paid online on 26/10/18 itself ( transaction ID[protected].
AND right after I paid 3000, this company employees MAHI stopped answering my calls. From 26/10/18 till today I have not got NEHA GOVEKAR contact number.
My point was not registering to your company, I paid 3000 for NEHA GOVEKAR contact number...
After complaining on company's customer care number they don't reply... This is a fraud company they are just fooling of people who are looking for life partner.

I received call from Rupali who sent me boys details and then sent him our details and said that he has liked my profile but to contact each other you need to join membership. Which we did on cost of 3000, but after doing that they gave me boys number(which was fake). I called on the number 100 times but the next party never picked up the call. I complained the same to Rupali, she said may be because your number is unknown to him that's why he is not picking up and by some magic he always picks up her a call this went on for 2 days in these I asked if she has any other number she said don't have any other number. After that she took me on conference call with a boy on my insistence, and surprisingly his sister spoke with me who doesn't know where her brother works. After that I scolded her and asked her to return my money which of course I never received and these fraud people are using my profile by sending profile to other to fraud them more.

I got call from miss Riya from Nagpur she sent me one profile of Rahul shinde and to know contact details of Mr. Rahul shinde she asked me to do payment of Rain. 3000 & after payment she promised me for contact details and after receiving payment miss Riya stopped answering my calls and once i called from another number she receive my call and she said i was having some medical problem and she gave me number of Rahul shinde which was incorrect. I tried his number many times but now one was answering then i came to know the number she provided was incorrect. After that again miss riya stopped answering my calls. So I request you not to waste your money on this fake matrimony site.

Yes. Indeed it's a fraud website. There are so many other fraud websites working out there. I also burnt my money on this website. Folks out there please beware of this fraud site. Never pay any of your hard earned money to these cheaters. I have plenty of proofs, voice call recordings, even email confirmation from people of this site, but no time to lodge a consumer complaints, as my job is out of India and no time for all this hassle. I can just heads up other innocent people out there to stay away from these people. thanks

It was very hard time with me when I paid around 30k for some booking or order which I never received. In short what I did was, filed a complaint, persued it, worked on it deply with police and got all of them arrested in a case registered in Dehradun itsel[censored]nder section 420, 120b of ipc. Bestpartnermatrimony.com is a fraud matrimony site. We continuously received the calls to take a membership from a lady name Shruti Sawant and Ms. Baiskar from there office in Karve road, Pune. She initially spoke with us very politely till we took the membership and paid Rs. 2500(In discount). She provided us few profiles of highly educated, good looking members. But, when we searched them on their website none of the profiles was there. Then we called in office they didn't received our call. after so many attempts she answered us with very rude language and keep avoiding us. The members we called most of them are already married, not registered members of this site and/or doesn't exist(fake). The profiles which are shown on the site are totally blank. Only names and age is given. Please take a strict action against them. The biodata we chosen are stolen from the other matrimonial sites and without contact details.

They called me & parents, talked sweetly with me & my family members and took 3000 rs from us. After payment they are not receiving our call or if they receive keep receiver a side. Ketakt pise, pallvi and other people (Name not remember) from nagpur branch are the fraud people in the matrimony. I had complained in costomur service on site but no proper support from them. My issue is not sorted out yet. I requested them to refund our money but no response. We paid money still they have opened free account. It is a complete fake and fraud matrimony. Not recommended. I am going to complaint in polis station if other people support me i will be happy. I want my money back.

Minal had called me amd disussed the profile of the groom.Then in a con call grooms mother talks to me informatiin is exchanged on both side but no phone number and address is discussed as Minal said once payment is done only then phone number will be exchanged .After payment mither minal nor groom mother attended the call. या खात्यावर (Account) ट्रान्सफर केले.
एकदा पैसे भरल्यावर BEST PARTNER यांच्याकडून मला कोणताही नीट फोन आला नाही आणि मी फोन केल्यावर त्यांनी नीट उत्तर दिले नाही .
अनेक वेळा मी फोन केले पण त्यांनी उचलले नाही नंतर मी त्यांच्या हेड ऑफिस ला फोन केले तिथून पण नीट उत्तर भेटले नाही. नंतर मी त्यांना पैसे परत करायची मागणी केली असता त्यांनी टाळाटाळ केली आणि अजूनपर्यंत मला पैसे परत केले नसून कोणत्याही प्रकारची कॉन्टॅक्ट डिटेल्स (माझ्या रेलटेड ) पाठवले नाही.
माझी फसवणूक झाली असून कृपया मला पैसे परत मिळावे व न्याय मिळावा अशी माझी विनंती आहे
माझे नाव :- रुपाली बोकडे आहे (नाशिक). मला ८ जानेवारी २०१८ ला बेस्ट पार्टनर मॅट्रिमोनी नागपूर ब्रांच (" Best Partner Matrimony " ) या संस्थेकडून (Mob :- [protected] / सोनल ) फोन आला होता . त्यांनी मला स्वतःविषयी लग्नासंबंधी विचारणा केली त्यानंतर सोनल मॅडम ने खोटी / बनावट माहिती असणारी (Fake profile) व्हाट्सअँप द्वारे (whatsapp) पाठवली . त्यानंतर त्यांनी मला रेजिस्ट्रेशन (Registration) करायला सांगितले आणि त्याची फी ३००० रुपये सांगितली. रेजिस्ट्रेशन साठी त्यांनी २ दिवसात ८ ते १० वेळेस फोने केले. नंतर १० जानेवारी २०१८ ला मी नेटबँकिंग ने त्वरित ३००० रुपये त्यांना
