Deepshikha-sales girl made lot of promises and since a month 0 profiles that were shared as per criteria I told.
When she sold she claimed as if she has so many profiles.
I paid then some uneducated RMs were assigned
Now since 15 days no one is responding and no calls are done on any update.
I have asked for refund but no update on that as well.
I need refund if service is not given

I would like to complain about matrimonialsindia regarding the scarcity of good profiles. I was tricked into believing that they have a wide variety of brides especially NRIs, US based etc. Even after 3 months of getting a VIP nri package, RM assisted they couldn't find one suitable bride based in US, spend 350$. I was contacted by Sneha from sales team, she claims she will provide NRI profiles but no use, just waste of money. They're really not worth spending your money.

Matrimonials India site is absolutely a scam. Shivvani from Matrimonials India called me several times on 6 March 2023 and promised to provide suitable match for my daughter Deepa as per our criteria on 7 March 23 she forced me to join Diamond Membership which was on discount for Rs 5000 due to Holy festival. Payment was made by paytm from SBI account to Weblink in private limited. I received email on 9 March stating upgraded to Diamond Membership for 6 months. Shivvani provided us with profile id MI-1095425 and password. In the mean time Manish, Shivvani's manager called us several times and forced to pay another Rs 6000 for further upgrade immediately. I was not happy to do another upgrade immediately. Manish blocked all the profiles and I was not able to look at any profiles from 11 March {when I go the search or my matches I get no profiles found on the screen till date as of 15 May 23. I have raised the complaint with Matrimonials India no response received. I have also complained to Disha at customer service several times, her response is system error but error was not fixed as of 15 May 23 very unprofessional staff, never had one decent introduction to anyone as per our criteria. They get you to sign up then harass us for upgrade. Kindly refund my money, I have been cheated and wasted our time. I want our profile to be deleted ASAP. Client No. MI-1095425 Name: Deepa.

I have a grievance that matrimonialsindia.com cheated my and trapped my very well by giving by best offer at low price plan, but after registration they started telling my for more money to buy premium plan and told me that the plan I purchased at cost of 3700 is just for registration, and you had you upgrade your plan if you wanted to get the most of our services.
I told them to refund my payment but they refused to do so.
What should be done to such fraud sites in India. I want justice

As per my Id no. MI-976773, I have opted under the scheme for 10 days pack for Rs.499/- for my brother for marriage, but not able to view the contact details of Girls staying in India and in profile clearly mentioned by profile maker lives in India, though the parents or any person of house who had made this profile is staying outside India.
My question is that when i am trying to seek the contact details provided by their parents...

Complaint Against Matrimonial India.Com - Weblink.in

I have received calls on daily basis from 07th To 11th June 2022 from Ms.Neha Mirza for offering alliances online services from Matrimonial India.Com for that she told me to pay Rs.7500/-for 03months Gold Membership Plan. Finally she convinced me about their alliance service and made me to pay Rs.7500/- on 11.06.2022 (saturday) through online transfer to weblink.in belongs to Matrimonial India.Com. As per Ms.Neha Mirza said promised is all fake and scam not provided service as per her given committment.

After paying the above said amount of Rs.7500/- to Matrimonial Inda.Com for 03 months gold plan we received emails from Ms.Neha Mirza & Matrimonial India containing grooms details which is old and out of our requirements all same duplication of mails, same day we contacted Ms.Neha Mirza and informed about their service and told her to provide as per our requested requirements we dont want fake emails and old repetation emails of same grooms to show counts, and also given user id and password is unable to use in online access to see the groom details / profiles, She (Ms.Neha Mirza) told She will inform back end team to rectify online error and she told she will sent new groom as per our requested requirments.This is last phone call interaction with Ms.Neha Mirza from that time to till now she had not pick our single call from us and also she block all phone calls and whatsapp communications and informed to other employees of her company to block our phone numbers completely not to pick and answer we tried from different mobile numbers to catch Ms.Neha Mirza but she never pick our calls if other employees pick after hear complaint details suddenly disconnecting and block that mobile number also like this they done with me all are females only - We did not get any service from her or from Matrimonial India.com all fake duplicates mails to cheat customers.

I was deceived totally by Ms.Neha Mirza I am unable to contact to collect my money I started to write emails to Customer care, Feedback, Neha Mirza, Deepika Verma is senior to Neha I wrote and requested to do my refund for full amount t Rs.7500/- or I will compliant in Cyber Crime Dept for this scam and cheating me very smartly by your staff Ms.Neha Mirza they drag me daily and finally they agree to pay 30% for that I have not agreed then they increase every day small value finally they accepted to refund Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) out of my full amount paid Rs.7500/-. And I collected my refund amount Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five Thousand Only) on 22.06.2022 with big struggle and my balance Rs.2500/-(Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) balance they kept for service charges which they not provided s single day service honestly.

I request you to take severe action against company and staffs who are all involed in this scam and cheating smartly to customers in the name of Matrimonial India.Com / Weblink.in. it is absolutely cheating and fraud and all are involved in this scam and cheating those name given below for your kind action: I face difficulties because of following staffs From 11.06.2022 To 22.06.2022.0f Matrimonial India com

All above mentioned names and mobile numbers are involved in same place and they speak to customer in different names and cheating to pay first to start service after paying No response Not picking of calls all are together in this scam and cheating poor parents for children's alliances. If you give complaint one executive she will inform others to block your number you cannot able to reach them they don't have LANDLINE also by help of mobile they doing business and cheat others.

I humbly request you take necessary action against above said persons to avoid cheating with others parents in future

A lady named lisha called me and said that she had profiles that are matching for me and I have to buy the gold membership to get in touch with them. After the payment was made she ignored all my calls and messages. She call me daily to remind me of the profiles and they are on hold and i have to make the payment to get the contact . Then I tried calling one of the profiles she said was waiting for and the one answered didn't even know anyone...

I lodged a complain.i asked them that i am looking for marriage guys from singapore or malaysians only.since im born n breed in ths country.only singlesi was told by them yes they have.finally when i have paid...i received a call feom a swnior manager so called..saying to pay another 640usd..then only can get guys feom malaysia n aisngapore.i got a shock of my life.i refused.she said begged its for her promotion to pay! I received many calls frm them.simce i refused...till now d 450usd paymwnt done by me...no proper guy has been suggested by them.i lodged a complain...

I have enrolled for Vishwakarma matrimony on 30th of June 2021, since been a new user I was not aware about the exact benefits of Prime+ due to this I have enrolled for diamond package where I an not able to view bride contact details, this is effecting me not to get in touch with the bride or the family members.

I am willing to upgrade to Prime+ wherein I an unable to do so as it is asking for another 6900.00 Rs.

Kindly help me to upgrade or refund the existing enrolment and cancel the membership.

I and my husband registered with the matrimonial website from australia to find a bride for my brother .After few days, Geetha from matrimonial india called me there are proposal for my brother and recommended some profile.When i asked the number, Geetha from matrimonial india told me i need to pay for the service and i don't have money that time. I requested for the time for the payment .Geetha said she cant guarantee the proposal and we can try once i paid the money.When My brother liked a girl from singapore and paid the money for this matrimonial side, i got the number of the girl from that particular side .when i send the whats app message for the girl in Singapore, that girl told she is in relationship.As a result we moved to another girl profile and contacted most of the numbers however all the numbers is not connected. Geetha from matrimonialindia told me she have spoken to one of the girls parents which we interested earlier when we didn't pay the money .Once we pay the money and got the number of the girls parents, that number was not reachable and connected.almost 5 to 10 profiles now the number is not connected.When i contacted Geetha from Matrimonial india she told me she cant help much since my brother paid only for silver package which is US$96 if she want to do the job on our behalf we need to pay US$450.That what the Geetha from Matrimonialindia advised my husband and ask us to use this contact number from the profile to call them.How to call the bride family when all of the contacts is not reachable?How to follow the advice of Geetha from Matrimonial india when all the contact no is not reachable?What is the purpose for us to pay the money for the matrimonial service which not going to help to find bride for my brother when those numbers are not going thru.Please ask them to refund back our money where we don't want to waste our time, money and energy for something which will not help us to find my brother the bride.Please ask them to refund the money as those i called in my profiles is not reachable.My brother matrimonial india profile no
