Hi,
This is to inform you that we are very disappointed with the way classes are being conducted in your Andheri branch. Nothing is done about the GAT part of the design exam... No material has been provided for GK and current affairs.. No practice tests are given to evaluate the student's competency. There is no branch head with whom one can talk to... The person in charge has no answers to your questions and simply parrots what she's been trained to.
You are probably not aware of what's happening in this branch... This is just for your information. Hope you take due note of this complaint and take remedial action ASAP...

I had ordered a book from the website on the 8th of June. It's been more than 2 weeks and nobody has bothered to update me about the status of my order. Thank God, I did not order the entire pack which costs around INR 6, 000. The trial order itself has been a nightmare experience, Staff cutoff phone midcall, put you on hold for eons, and have the same standard reply .. our seniors will call you.

Bhanwar Rathore Design Studio (BRDS) cheated

Fee was taken for full Course but now BRDS is saying that only candidates who have cleared the first round of entrance examination (any design course) can attend further classes. When we approached them, the BRDS staff and the owner MR. Bhavar Singh Rathore misbehaved and refused to listen to our complaints,they are neither ready for refund of fee nor allowing us to attend classes....
