The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Bharat Outsourcing Company is cheating, fraud company, i have paid huge money for html conversion software, but the conversion software is not converting full files, syed hatheem is cheating peoples in pondicherry, my friend don't give any money to syed hatheem, i going to file a complaint against bismisofttech-syed anwar, whoever want to join, mail to my mail id, we will join & put syed hatheem in jail...
