wrong name written on my epf account

My actual name is sumit mudgal and this is the name which my company provided in the epf account , but by mistake in my account my name appears sunit mudgal . This is the spelling mistake which occurs from epf office staff which create lots of problem to me ,, so please rectify this complaint as soon as possible.

Deduction of Amount towards Ringtone.
Dear Concerned Authority
Please refund the amount deducted towards rinftone Rs.7/- per week five times withour my consent.
Once, I have selected, this should be charged but you people have no courtsy to ask the customer wether I would like to continue or not. Did I made a mistake to be a customer of AirTel ?
Now, let me tell, wether this amount will be refunded or not to take further steps on this...
