I intended to purchase one bottle of food supplement from bio trim labs, but the order was placed for four bottles and excess amount deducted. The supplement is also not effective and I do not know how to return this. The company also did not take my feedback....

On 12th february i placed an order of testoultra on the above mentioned website for one piece, but they deducted ₹ 10005 from my account even without any confirmation. Later i requested to refund the money but they denied. Till today they have not sent the product, when i contacted them they told that due to heavy demand of their products it will take time and now they are not even responding. They are robbing the hard earned money of people....

I am from India. I saw the advertisement of testo- ultra on Facebook on 3rdMarch, 2018. I checked that the amount for testoultra was showing rs.1, 450. I entered my card details on website and clicked on proceed. I haven't entered my atm password there and no one time password was sent to my mobile number. Even though the transaction was not completed. But when I checked my bank account, rs.10005 was deducted from my account, even though...

El mes de junio 2 de 2017 realice una compra de testoultra que consistia en 4 fracos y gratis 2 mas para un total de 6 frascos. Entonces en vista que no me entregaron el producto solicito el reintegro de mi dinero porque van ya 4 meses y nada de productos.

I have never seen such a worst and improper response from bio trim labs. I have ordered testoultra one bottle for trial. Amount was 1450 rs. And after the order has been placed, amount deducted was rs.10, 005. This shows that they are looing the customers money and no proper response from them. No valid contact number provided.

Hell lot of e mails send and no responses yet....

For some reason I ordered some Testo Ultra on 10th August yr, 2017 and paid Rs.10007 (INR) to biotrimlabs.com. i wish to cancel the order placed and get the money refund the money back to my account. Whenever I mail them for asking the refun there is no response from support and the chat assistance is pathetic...

I have placed order on 4th April 2015 they said I will recive product in 3 days bt after placing order it said 25 days. I have called customer care n tried to cancel it but they said they can't.
