I have applied for BitsHD Computer Science programme on 25/04/23 and paid a fees of amount 3400/-. On 27/04/23 they put a notice on their website instead of sending a mail to inform us about the changes in the eligibility criteria that non CS/IT students are not allowed to take admission in Computer Science courses and since I am from Electronics and Communication Engineering, I was not eligible after that. Now, they are not even replying to my mails regarding refund and not picking up their toll-free. This is fraud as such information should be known by us beforehand. Kindly look into this matter as 3400/- is not a nominal amount.

No mail was sent regarding admit card and message of exam we are waiting since long today when we checked on google we got to know today is the only exam of my son and the time was passed we are waiting eagerly for this exam and our dream was shattered just because of irresponsible behaviour o[censored]niversity

Pl note I had booked a ticket to Jaipur from Pilani thro Redbut. But now I want to can cel the same, but Iam not able to login to Redbus. I tried diff methods nothing working. Iam fedup with Redbut.

After filing the form on June 8th for BITSAT 2022, when I tried to make the payment through Paytm gateway and SBI net banking, the money was debited from the bank worth rupees 3417.70 rupees. The bank reference no and order id was generated in my Paytm app as this gateway was chosen. Although as soon as I clicked "return" to come back to the form it said, the session expired and the page was not displayed. I waited for some time but the form still showed incomplete. I called SBI customer care and they asked me to file a complaint after 24 hours. So I issued a case by SBI on 9th June regarding my money. On 11th June, they closed the case saying" As confirmed with the merchant, the transaction was successful and settled on 8th June. For more details, call your merchant." Since the last date of filing the form on 8th June was till 10th June only. I filled the form fees again on June 10th after waiting for 48 hours which is 3400 rupees via PayU money. I have all the transaction IDs, and mail from SBI in writing as proof.

I would like you to please investigate the whole issue and kindly refund my money back to my original account.

I had applied for a BTech seat for the academic year 2021. My application # 21119920. As BITS had announced special admission process, i had applied for Dual degree seat @ Goa branch by paying the fees of 50100/- which included admission process fee of 2000/-. Initially, it was mentioned that in case the student do not accept the seat, amount would be refunded after deduction of 2000/- process fees. After the seat allotment, we didnt want...

I seated in BITS Pilani counselling on september, and paid amount of 50K, but i was not allocated any seat in all the rounds of counselling, then the institute asked me about the bank details for the refund, i provided them the details, but still after 3 months they are not replying neither sending the refund amount of 50K to me, I am from middle class family and want the amount for admission in other institutes, Please help me getting my refund amount back.My admission number is 21133801

I applied for me in cs in bits through bits hd exam for which i filled application form where in btech I mentioned my specialized branch csit and also I paid fees for the exam. After few days later i got to know that I was not eligible for exam because of my specialized branch. After that I tried to contact the admission team and told them that there was nothing mention earlier in admission brochure and also they have given others option for selecting specialized branch if they don't want branch other than cs then why they gave others option in application form.also I did mail this issue to senior authorities but they did not reply and I was not given any kind of help. In this they cheated me and my rs 3300 got wasted for nothing

My son gottumukkala lokesh (Appln no. 210564) appeared for bitsat 2018 at ss digital zone, chandragiri road, beside hero show room perur, tirupati-517505 on[protected] from 2 pm to 5 pm, computer no. 44. He is expecting a minimum of 350 marks. To his surprise he got 222 marks only. He is very confident that there is some mistake in the computer system and software error in evaluation of answers. Please look into it and do justice.

I have paid my fees (Rs 30, 000/-) for the last semester (M. S) but after that, i didn't get any email to submit my dissertation (Project) or call for the evaluation. Again i received an email for registration. When i sent an email on the same to registration team, they forwarded me to evaluation & monitoring team but no one from the team is responding to my email or picking the phone. Now i got the mark sheet with "rra" (Required to register again) grade. I want to complete the course as i have already done by 3 semesters. Worried what if this happens again if pay now. I need to know what happened to my fees and how come they missed to send semester related emails after that.

Note: i have checked my emails thoroughly, no email regarding the paid semester.

He was not selected first round. Bits admission says please pay rs.32, 300/-
For waiting list. We have paid it. We have waited for 2nd & 3 rd round we did not get any admission still waiting list, after that we have admitted in other institute. After we join the other institute they have given seat at hyderabad but we are not gone. We want to with draw the seat there is no option for withdraw in this institute website.in many institute they have option to withdraw round like jossa, jee advance. We have sent so many mails there is no proper reply form them. Finally they have send rs.14070/after 3 months saying you did not report for admission on the day on hyderabad. So they detected 18, 230/-
They kept the all the students money for 3 months (How much interest earned)

Also they have detected 18230/- every student

Please refund the money

On 22 December 2012 I paid Rs1794 for my son for admission test in BITS Pilani 2013.I got payment conformation from ICICI bank but BITS Pilani site shows that payment has not been confirmed.I tried to call their phone numbers as given on their website but no one received my call.

Hi,

yesterday ( 10th Jan 2011)i paid an amount of Rs.1510/- through netbanking for the admission to BITS -2011. After the payment is completed i was not redirected to the application form. Now when iam re-entering the basic details on the site, it is again asking me the payment option. As per the instructions it should take me to the application form.

I checked my bank account, the amount is deducted. Iam calling on the numbers provided on the site, but nobody is picking up the call. I have already sent an email to the email id provided on the site, but till now did not got any confirmation, if anyone is checking or not.

Iam now confused to whom to contact.

Can anyone please help...

I tried to fill the application form for BITS Pilani through its website.
For the same, I made the payment of Rs.1020/- through net banking.
The money got debited from my account but as soon as the control returned from the bank site to the institute site, the "page cannot be displayed" error appeared and the application procedure didnt complete successfully.

After inquiry I found out that the money was successfully debited form bank's side but the institute didnt reflect the same and hence didnot even accept my application form.
I even got a written proof of it from bank's side.

I followed up for the same to the institution as well, masde several phone calls, e-mailed them and even faxed the bank account statement and the written letter from their end bt no one from the Bits Pilani end reverted or even replied at all.

Finally I had to repay the money by DD to complete my application procedure.

My daughter ANTARA SARKAR applied for a new passport in the Regional Passport Office, Jaipur on 19 March 2009. Her earlier passport had expired in 2007. The receipt no. is: JPRN00302109 and key no. [protected]. I have cheked the status and it has been showing "PASSPORT WAS READY ON 26.3.09" since April 2009. I tried to contact on phone a number of times, but no body picked up the phone. Then I sent a letter by speed post on 22 October 2009 addressed to the Regional Passport Officer with a request to issue the passport as early as possible. I have not received any response as yet.
