My complaints resolved but still showing screen shot of my complaint. Pls remove it...

I recharged an jio phone number, money deducted but number didn't recharged. This is completely unacceptable.
Below i have attached the detail file of the transaction, which i made through
Bhim upi and being successfully credited to [protected]@upi.

This is painful when we made recharge online but only balance deducted and mobile didn't recharged. Plz if possible check the same....
