I had placed an order for 6 bottles of patanjali mustard oil. Didnt receive any, have been asking for refund for some 10 days now, they keep on transferring the chats ..the idea is to take long time so that the customer forgets or gives up trying again n agian for refund.

I ordered lactogen 2 on 3rd feb and they sent me expired product... Immediately they replaced and sent me an expired product again by thid time i was not here and my wife unknowingly gavr this expired milk to my one year old daughter.. Later she vomitted twice that day.
No. Idea what medical complicationd she will have later..
Blinkit has not refunded my money yet for the expired product though they were again offering the replacement which i denied

Blinkit company is a fraudster and they do scams with their regular customer.Recently i have ordered grocery from Blinkit app on 3rd Jan 2023 of ₹1594 and made the payment through UPI to delivery executive agent and payment got stuck because of some technical issue and at that moment Blinkit cancelled my order and delivery executive took all the items back with him. On 5th Jan 2023 payment got cleared successfully & credited to delivery executive agent account. Then i have mailed and requested Blinkit to refund my payment into my original source account but Blinkit denied and started making excuses. Now its been more than 15 days. I feel, I got cheated by Blinkit.

Today I ordered 4 items, when the delivery agent reached at my location, he didn't call me after a while i called him, he behaved rudely then he talked bad words about my house nd it's location then i argued i put off my phone call, then he called me again nd used slang languages even i lost temper i said his ###. Then he after some time came at my paternal house(The location) with a 10 people group they attempted to attack me but I was not there they insulted humiliated my parents nd used slang languages about me in front of them. What a terrifying experience.

As mentioned on blinkit cheese slices was 12 with 20% extra so i ordered but i had received only 10 slices. This is very unprofessional as i had share the picture also with customer care but they are saying its a correct item. I think blink it customer care are blind to see the difference between what prder i have placed and what i have received in actual.

Blinkit is a fraudulent company designed to cheat consumers and harass them if they raise an issue. This has happened in the past too. They deliver expired food items with fungus and mold on it. Today I placed an order and called them up as soon as the order was placed, asking them to make sure that the packets were fresh and not expired. They have once again delivered expired food items and are not issuing refund. There is a problem with each and every order. Their customer service is the absolute worst. They have blocked my refund option and are not even available! They cite their own company policies for not resolving their complaint as if it were superior than the laws of India! I would like to request everyone to stop making -payments and only choose Cash on Delivery.

I had ordered for ghee on 15th which when i checked was fake, it was dalda instead of ghee...when i complained they told me to wait for 24hrs for a replacement product...it has been a week now and the product is not in stock for blinkit to send me a replacement. I logged a case yesterday asking them for a refund as its been a week now...they again asked me to wait for 24hrs...i again called them today, they said they cant give a refund unless...

Received Expiry Food Product

Blinkit has been my go to forum for all things edible however my latest expierence both with the service and the customer supoort has left me appalled. Not only did they share bread product with mold on it they also erased the expiry date from the products. It was only upon half consuming the product did i notice the green molds all over the bread.

For a company selling 99% edibles this is a huge health hazard. Seriously risking the health of families with elderly and patients.

When i complained and asked them to get back to it, their reply was a standard ' We will try to provide better service next time' This is highly unacceptable for a service. After informing them i had already discarded the moldly product they told me they cant replace it anymore nor generate a refund.

I ordered i set of karwachauth thali and they deliver me damaged item .and when I complaint them about it they give me a resolution of providing refund but after some days they block my account and didnt refund me my amount

They have send rotten walnut all gone rancid too bad to eat. Completely rotten and molded can make sick if eaten.. and not even returning my money...

I have wrongly ordered a product on 19th Sep and realized after I receive it.
So I requested blinkit to either arrange a replacement or return the product. But the company refused to do so on the pretext of policies. I have got the similar issues fixed in the past but not sure why the company is not supporting this time.

23 july, I placed an order on Blinkit, the money was deducted, but the order was not placed. One order returned whatever money was deducted, one did not. I have called, messaged many times. No money was returned. I want my money back. please help.

The delivery boy behaved very rude and used fouled language( Boxxxda). He reached at wrong location without looking into the GPS and detail address. I STRONGLY CONDEMN SUCH LANGUAGE. No action has taken

I had ordered the idli dosa batter by iD from blinkit and its from Amanora es30 and its expiry date is 8th September and a product which can be consume in many days and blinkit are sending me 1 day expiry. I demanded full refund or exchange.

And this is second time happening to me in last 3 months since grofers has changed to blinkit that I've been charged more than mrp...
Price for corn charged was rs 89 while the mrp was 80 ...
This is seriously unacceptable.. it isn't matter of just 9rs for one single Individual but Every one is being charged more thn mrp .. its just i had noticed it ...that too twice......

I paid an amount of Rs.1590 for grocery order, the amount was never reflected on blinkit app, yet it was received in their bank. I had to redo the transaction for a second attempt. But the amount for 1st attempt was not refunded.

I used to be a excutive in Blinkit, hired through startech, on 28th july I was informed I was being kicked out without any official mail or relieving letter, they have not given me my salary of july, i worked till 28 i should receive my salary! They even marked me as absent on 1st and 3rd july even tho I was present! All of them are ignoring me, not fixing my attendance or giving salary. Everyone received their salary on 6th August today...

It has a been a regular practice is Blinkit to deliver wrong or bad quality product frequently. Then I have to go through the harassment of making a complaint through only available chat which takes too much time adding to my harassment. Only solution provided is refund which is not asked for coz when I place the order again it charges delivery again, which looks like a company policy of cheating customers....
