I placed an order on blinkit, i made online payment. the amount has been deduct from my account but order didn’t placed and i am unable to contact blinkit team.

This is to report that I received 2 packets in my delivery from Blinkit today (order #[protected].
When I opened one of the packets there was such a stench of faeces or a dead rat that filled the room. Upon closer look I found faeces smeared all over one of the biscuit packets. It was so disgusting and beyond belief! This company should be made to close down for its ethical misconduct and absolutely flagrant disgusting act.

The item was a soya sauce bottle. I ordered 3 of them and 2of them leaked on all the other items. The other items were in plastics so I washed them but I requested refund/replacement of the teo bottles. They sent the replacement of only one bottle and said sorry no refund we will take this as feedback

I have ordered almond milk and the product which was delivered was expired one. I have raised a exchange request but again they delivered expired product. They are purposely selling expired and poor quality product.

I placed order today 4 july 2022 in Blinkit through Blinkit app. Money was deducted but Blinkit shows no order placed. I havent received items yet neither got any refund. tried reaching at customer care number but its always busy. Sent emails also but no update....

I had made double payment on 23rd June. At first attempt your aap hanged and your support executive told me that she has initiated the refund which I will receive in 24 hrs and I should place fresh order. In second attempt order placed and delivered successful. But there was not refund in my paytm wallet. On 24th Jun, I tried to connect with support executive and was shocked to see that on 23rd June (20 min after my leaving chat room, placing order in second attempt and delivered) she mentioned that since order is delivered so there will be no refunds. How can she inform me that? Since 24th June, I have been writing various emails to bliking support and getting irrelevant responses, today I called on customer care number, again customer care disconnected my call. I am only receiving order from blinkit that I have to wait for 5/7 working day and this period is never ending - today is 6th working day. If source of payment is wallet then refund TAT is 24 to 48 hours not 5 to 7 working days.

I received the damaged milk bottle from blinkit and I immediately informed the customer care team about the damaged product, the customer care executive "Omkar" refused to return the product and talk with rudely to me....

I have ordered an item of Rs 571 order id-ORD[protected] and they cancelled the order and not got the refund amount till now. The order date was 2nd June, 2022.

We have ordered some products from Blinkit vide Order No. ORD[protected] on 14.06.2022 but when we checked the items, many items were missing. On contacting to their customer care, they denied from the fact and told us its already delivered and neither refunded the amount nor send the missing items.

So, plz look into the matter at the earliest so that no other customer falls into their trap.

Sending expiry product after repeated complaints and after that order is out of stock, so having the product and not able to use it because of it expiry.
Complaint have been raised twice but again they have send the expiry product

I ordered from blinkit at 2 may 2022 my amount debit two times of rupees 1261 from my phone pe aap I have utr no[protected] I need my refund otherwise I wil fill complaint against blinkit

I tried to place an order on Blinkit on 25th May 2022 at 1 pm for 5 items. The money was deducted from my Paytm account but the order was not successful. The amount was Rs.151/-. I tried to contact Blinkit through chat, email, and phone but either way I could not get in touch with them, or even if I did, there was no response from the company.
