The delivery boy behaved very rude and used fouled language( Boxxxda). He reached at wrong location without looking into the GPS and detail address. I STRONGLY CONDEMN SUCH LANGUAGE. No action has taken

I have placed an order on Blinkit on August 04, 2022 for amount Rs.5241.

The amount was debited twice

The Blinkit Team is saying that they have initiated the refund but I have received only Rs.3 out of Rs.5241.(screenshot attached).Also My bank has confirmed that the amount was received by the merchant.

I have been chasing Blinkit for the refund from last 34 days now.

It's been 34 days and i am still not getting any answers from Blinkit for refund, which is really annoying and highly unprofessional.

Money deducted. But Groceries not received. Company promised the refund amount in 7 days. But 17 days happened not refunded yet. No proper response found. No contact numbers found

Today 19 August 2022 I ordered around 5:30 and the service is so pathetic that after waiting and promising for hours you people cancelled my order at 9.I was a regular customer and praised a lot about blinkit but after this experience definitely would tell and spread this message everywhere with evidences how unprofessional you people are and that we can't rely on an app. like blinkit.After waiting for 5 long hours, then someone said me to cancel it the moment i denied he cancelled it at 9 P.m

I paid an amount of Rs.1590 for grocery order, the amount was never reflected on blinkit app, yet it was received in their bank. I had to redo the transaction for a second attempt. But the amount for 1st attempt was not refunded.

It has a been a regular practice is Blinkit to deliver wrong or bad quality product frequently. Then I have to go through the harassment of making a complaint through only available chat which takes too much time adding to my harassment. Only solution provided is refund which is not asked for coz when I place the order again it charges delivery again, which looks like a company policy of cheating customers.

I place an order on Blinkit on 30h july 2022 at 1:30 pm for groceries. The money was deducted from my mobikwik account but the order was not successful. The amount was Rs.3112/-. I tried to contact Blinkit through chat, email, and phone but either way I could not get in touch with them, or even if I did, there was no response from the company. I have not got back my money also. I am sorry to say but this is a clear case of cheating. I have lost trust in Blinkit. I please want my money back. My registered no is [protected]. Please help me

I placed an order on blinkit, i made online payment. the amount has been deduct from my account but order didn’t placed and i am unable to contact blinkit team.

This is to report that I received 2 packets in my delivery from Blinkit today (order #[protected].
When I opened one of the packets there was such a stench of faeces or a dead rat that filled the room. Upon closer look I found faeces smeared all over one of the biscuit packets. It was so disgusting and beyond belief! This company should be made to close down for its ethical misconduct and absolutely flagrant disgusting act.

The item was a soya sauce bottle. I ordered 3 of them and 2of them leaked on all the other items. The other items were in plastics so I washed them but I requested refund/replacement of the teo bottles. They sent the replacement of only one bottle and said sorry no refund we will take this as feedback

I have ordered almond milk and the product which was delivered was expired one. I have raised a exchange request but again they delivered expired product. They are purposely selling expired and poor quality product.

I placed an order on blinkit after making an online payment of rs 494 money got deducted and order was not placed and I'm not able to connect with them

I had made double payment on 23rd June. At first attempt your aap hanged and your support executive told me that she has initiated the refund which I will receive in 24 hrs and I should place fresh order. In second attempt order placed and delivered successful. But there was not refund in my paytm wallet. On 24th Jun, I tried to connect with support executive and was shocked to see that on 23rd June (20 min after my leaving chat room, placing order in second attempt and delivered) she mentioned that since order is delivered so there will be no refunds. How can she inform me that? Since 24th June, I have been writing various emails to bliking support and getting irrelevant responses, today I called on customer care number, again customer care disconnected my call. I am only receiving order from blinkit that I have to wait for 5/7 working day and this period is never ending - today is 6th working day. If source of payment is wallet then refund TAT is 24 to 48 hours not 5 to 7 working days.

I have ordered an item of Rs 571 order id-ORD[protected] and they cancelled the order and not got the refund amount till now. The order date was 2nd June, 2022.

We have ordered some products from Blinkit vide Order No. ORD[protected] on 14.06.2022 but when we checked the items, many items were missing. On contacting to their customer care, they denied from the fact and told us its already delivered and neither refunded the amount nor send the missing items.

So, plz look into the matter at the earliest so that no other customer falls into their trap.

Sending expiry product after repeated complaints and after that order is out of stock, so having the product and not able to use it because of it expiry.
Complaint have been raised twice but again they have send the expiry product

Ordo[protected] raised serious issues against this order regarding missing items and unhygienic improper way of delivery . Pathetic response by customer support. Heard good review of blinkit but now regretting ordering. Plz issue my refund for this order.
They are fraud and insensitive crooks.

Money deducted but Purchase History not showing and my in-app purchase orders haven't added.
